My thought is that it’s different meshes combined to the body but I might be wrong
you inflation enjoyers have it super easy because of the cast modifier. you can do it with multiple objects or just use vertex groups for a single object
this is how I would set it up, if you need more polys you can just add a subdivision modifier
The issue is that in th video, the body isn’t a perfect sphere.
