Question how do i get the barbeque since i can’t find it when i click on garden
Barbecue is from having the right tier of housing and enough stomach capacity - it’s in the kitchen rather than the garden.

Get a huge amount of fans. Just use the 15% increase whenever possible.
You need to get the bar top left of the screen to be 3/4 full at the end of the day, which is when it is checked - too empty and you starve, way too full and you get ill. If necessary top up on food before your last action. You also need to pay attention to your health and well being - so yes, you do need to exercise! Paying close attention to these three stats is the essence of the game.
You mention that you’ve been developing the lab, so it’s worth pointing out that eating too many appetite enhancers will make this management very difficult.
This is a known bug. Don’t use more than (19 - start stat) of any given body part enhancement. You will need to go back and not take that option.
As @Kitsune mentions it’s basically down to popularity (ie. fan base) plus a random factor. Being mayor increases your fan base (depending on the decisions you take) so after the first time it’s easier to achieve re-election.

Finally took a peek at this one. Super neat! I think I kind of lucked out on health, on my playthrough, judging by some of the gym related comments happening in the thread, but that just meant I could have a little more fun.
If I’m not screwing this up, and I finished the content, I hope we can have the friend move in, at some point in the future.
There’s gym events? I’ve yet to set foot in it, except by accident, lol.
Does anyone know how to get the model job? I’ve read that it does exist, but I never knew what the requirements were.
If I recall correctly, you just have to walk around the town. That said, the job pays terribly, and outside of some flavour, it’s really not that good.
But here is the thing, I normally walk around town pretty frequently during the early game and even so the only job that I got from that was twerking dancer
It’s a plus size model job so your character has to be pretty big in order for the event to fire.

Give me a reason why I should play your remake even if I’m french (I can still play to your game without any comprehension difficulties though).
You shouldn’t. I’d prefer most players stick with the original. For the most part, my remake is a way to demo and share code that can be used elsewhere, like the character creator or the game menu.

Well, that menu is pretty well done since the other one is likely a black screen with some interactions.
If it’s only a remake of the interface I would then try it, shouldn’t I ?

The irony there is that I almost never get the twerking job. It always was a hard one for me to get.
As for the weight requirement, that would make sense. Once I’m up to 6 actions a day, I tend to walk around town at least once, sometimes a lot more, as my means of exercise. Not sure what the exact numbers are, but it seems to maintain my physical well being, at least.
I may actually have to break trends at some point, and check out the gym. I’ve never even seen the content in there, lol.
