Given that at least four of those mods aren’t on the workshop, no they cannot
There seems to be a problem with the mod, as the decisions aren’t functioning (example I click on the wgac options to change from kilograms to imperial and the button just clicks and nothing happens, and this goes for feeding spouse etc) Also, I’m barely seeing weight gain progression in the characters.
Hi there, so about the decisions not working, that is due to Paradox updating their internal structure so all mods that had decisions, got broken, here is the link to a previous post I made, on how to get It working.
I am sorry, as VeryFake69 said, these mods are not available on Steam Workshop (Except Better Barbershop), what I can do for you is linking every outside mod:
1 - Carnalitas
2 - CBO Unofficial Base
3 - CBO Unoffical Mesh
4 - Better Barbershop
5 - Better Barbershop CBO Extension
6 - Weight Gain and Consequences Rework
7 - Fix for WGCR
The fix by Wulf_Diomhaireachd is not a standalone mod, you should drop It inside the Weight Gain and Consequences Rework. With all this being said, I hope you have a lovely day, and if you have a struggle installing things, leave a comments and I will answer It eventually
Thank you! It got fixed after following as you said! Thanks for helping keep this mod alive!
Do you or anyone else plan on adding new things to it in the future?
I installed it exactly as you say, and while it is technically playable, the models for a lot (but not all) of the clothing is really messed up. Do you know what’s wrong here, and how to fix this? It’s just a purely visual problem with some of the clothes, otherwise everything else is working great.
How do you put the wgac fix into the wgac reworked folder? Do you put the mod file into the folder as well? Are mods supposed to be inside an extra folder layer? Is it normal for the game to crash on startup if you install mods incorrectly? Sorry for asking dumb questions, im new to ck3 modding since i pretty much bought the game on sale because of this mod kekw. ty in advance
This is what my folder looks like currently
Something they forgot to mention, you need the unofficial CBO animations for the mesh there to function at all
Tried the mod out a week ago, it’s definitely and old mod that doesn’t interact with new dlc as well as it could but with this setup in my mods folder it works as i would expect it to
The cloth being bugged is a mesh issue, while I think that is CBO area, I am not sure, in my game the males all look fine while clothed, but the woman… their body parts are ready for the space program. I wish I could direct you for a solution, but unfortunately I have not figured this one out yet.
Oh I see, good catch, since I use Crusader Dongs, I can’t use the animation mesh from CBO, so that is why my woman are wild. Thank you for bringing up some light to the issue
I have plans for an Aprils fools, but nothing big, just a option to do the opposite. Unironically, It goes hand in hand with the day to day gameplay, spouse can’t get fatter? Just exercise them and blimp them up again :v
thanks!
Where do all the ugc files come from though? Are they patches?
Good Question! I’m not certain but I think they’re part of the steam workshop download for some mods based on their contents
They’re the descriptor files for all mods from the Steam workshop. Since there’s never any expectation for you to manually edit them they just get given a generic name, but for the other mods from other sites their names have to match the folder name iirc. Or they just get named that way so you know what you’re working with, either way.
Any advice on how to get the decision tool tips working?
I think im actually dumb…
i still can’t figure out how to put the wgac fix into wgac
I’m assuming im doing something wrong because the game crashes after launch
It’s either that or my computer is too potato for a text game
Okay, so you just drag and drop the fix on your mods folder, It will ask you to replace the old mod files, and you just accept It.
If anyone is good with modding and debugging paradox games, I need a hand with a crashing bug I keep encountering.
As far as I know, all the mods are fine, only problem that shows up is that the WGaC mod is a bit out of date, but previously this hasn’t been a problem. Either while I’m loading up the main menu from desktop or just shortly after I start playing, the game crashes and doesn’t give me any indication why. The game used to run perfectly fine, and in the middle of a campaign it just starts crashing whenever I tried to load it.
If anyone has had a similar issue or knows how to fix it, please let me know.
I have a similar issue playing on the latest version.
I wonder if there’s a version combination for the game and mods that works 100% of the time (even if there’s less content)
