I’m surprised anyone remembers my old Game Jam entry. It was held together with duct tape and tears but I’m glad I made it.

As far as your question, I can’t really remember any games off the top of my head where eating → height is a primary focus. Both versions of Super Fatty RPG by impossiblesnail kind of have this as the main character gains more weight.
