First off, I am an experienced developer both on games and software at large. However, working on games (having to cover both art and code) has been overwhelming. In the past, working with others has been fun so I want to try it again. If you have a concept I’d be open to helping you flesh it out and work on the code side.
However, I have had poor experiences working with teams with good intentions but no progress so I’m aiming to help a team/person with existing willingness to cover the art side of things. That does not mean you have to be great at art, just willing to make it. Also, I would prefer for masc characters to be included.

Ohh, do you think you could make a GLSL shader(s) to draw players based on given height and various body measurements?
Basically the goal being to make a dynamic avatar drawer. Most implementations i have seen of this type of thing always use pre-made art assets in combination to display an avatar. My goal is to just draw everything from scratch on the fly. I started making one in c++. I actually made a post about it here.
Honestly, I don’t have a concert idea for a game.
One of the reason I made this post is because I got stuck in a cycle of creating, getting lost, and quitting projects.

You have gotten way further than I thought such an idea could. I’d be open to helping integrate shaders though that all depends on how you are rendering. Shaders don’t quite let you render individual lines like the CPU does easily.

Would you by any chance be able to help with a pixel side scroller? I’ve been working on a game myself (I have the writing and the art covered) but I have very minimal coding experience, and was planning on using RPG Maker, but if there’s a better way and you’re willing to help, I’d be all for it
I mainly message to give my support, and to mention I would love to help contribute if extra hands are ever needed regarding art or writing assets. I’ve mainly completed small drafts for game projects but lacked direction and motivation on my own.
