Two ideas i have are
A. Doing a Frank and/or Jane origin story describing their years coming up to be as big as they are
or
B. Continuing the Frank and/or Jane endings by introducing a new conflict, an example being:
(continuing from the Jane ending) Charlene and Jane meeting a new person who affects their relationship in some way
