Some of the things that you suggested are already planned, like more dialogue for characters. Additional weight stages have also been highly requested, so it’s definitely on the radar as well. Regarding the stuffing thing, I personally don’t enjoy stuffing without weight gain that much, so I don’t think I would ever add something like that (or at least if I did it wouldn’t be made by me).

Somehow every time I look at the name of this post I think it’s a mod for the game CATACLYSM, as in the zombie apocalypse simulator that has an eating, stomach capacity, stuffing, and I think weight gain mechanic but isn’t actually a wg fetish game.
New art for every token and icon in the game, along with a new set of weight stage icons that indicate how fat each party member is.
New artwork for every single skill in the game, along with a rework to the combat UI that changes the old text buttons to the new art.
Animations for each character’s fat numbers and bars (like the rolling numbers in Wasteline, but better!)
Several balance changes, including buffs for the party and reworks of their passive abilities.

A new standard enemy has been added to the Palace, the Virtuoso. This good-natured musician excels at empowering every enemy on the field, though she’s still a bit of a pacifist!
A new character skin for Astrid, the Dread Pirate Sinclair! This equippable cosmetic entirely reworks all 8 of Astrid’s weight stages, giving her a completely new look when equipped. A preview of one of its stage can be seen below.
Challenge mode options that unlock after beating Hard Mode, allowing you to start runs with the Gourmand or with any Affliction.
The ability to skip straight to the Palace at the start of a run after Kassandra has told you about it.
A RIDICULOUS amount of balance changes that have entirely reworked how the Palace plays. The area should be much closer to the difficulty that I intended for it now, so good luck getting through! There’s also a new fat-related token that some Palace enemies can now apply.
