Here’s my tier list. It was very difficult for me to compare some of these - many of the ones in A- and B-tier could easily move up, since I think I really just want more content for all of them. The cutoff between B and C is starker, but that’s mostly a matter of body type preference.
Random thoughts:
I think Daisy could benefit from the same kind of glowup that you gave Lisa in the latest update. Her belly has an almost melted or glued-on look in many of the renders where you visit her at home in later stages, and I’m guessing that’s just because the model was created as one of the earliest in the game.
I think that the recurring sex scene with Trisha after the Saturday training with her could be improved if it were moved out into the main, more open room of the gym - I think a combination of the confined space of the sauna and the angles/POV used work against showcasing her magnificent ass properly.

I just finished playing the game and it has come very far from when I first played. Almost tempted to pay for Patreon to get updates. Only thing holding me back is my own financial situation. I will be keeping an eye on this game from now on.

A bit of a spoiler, but they haven’t exactly been keeping it a secret so it’s probably fine.
Yes, 400 lbs and beyond is planned for future updates. Not sure if every gal will reach those milestones, but at least some will.

I feel like there is a lack of tall character and there should be a new person other than changing the model of Vicky.

I can understand that but if girls keep being added to the game development won’t ever progress past the alpha stage it’s currently in and at a point the scope becomes way over inflated to try to fit in more and more girls.
Hari was polled to see what her height should be and short Hari (5’5" or 1.66m) won. The other two options were Hari at 5’10" (1.78m) or 6’6"(2.00m). With that @Bladerune9 realized they were going to add another tall character to the game based on the reception from the community to a tall character and Esmeralda was planned to be added as a tall character that gains weight.
Esmeralda is the owner of a plus sized clothing store and the dev wanted her shop to be in other routes and visitable by the player and/or within routes. At the time with many girls still yet to be added and increasing roster of girls and the fact that having Esmeralda’s shop being intertwined between the girls routes as they would grow and visit the shop would make it hard for her to be a weight gain character as her weight would need to be static or generalized to keep popping up in different routes.
Bladerune chose to not have Esmeralda being a weight gain character but planned to be added to the game, this is because of her need for a static weight and the fact that the roster of girls was bloating making development harder. Since she is still going to be a tall woman but no longer gain weight bladerune wanted to still add in a tall weight gain character. And since Vicky and Caroline’s models were being changed due to them not being to their current standards from when they were added. This gave an opportunity to have Vicky be tall at either 5 ‘9’’ or 6 '4" (1.74cm, 1.94cm) since the models were being brought up to date anyways. Vicky was only in one scene for a few renders being introduced within Daisy’s route and it just made sense as the character was being updated.
Adding any more girls to the roster isn’t going to happen there are a large amount of them currently (19 currently at the time of writing, without including Vicky, Caroline, or the new girls added within Maya’s route) and Vicky and Caroline yet to be added in and plenty of work to be done on the girls that are in game currently. To be fair I know when people say “tall girl” they want someone over 6’3" but there is a good amount of variance for height within the game and hopefully Vicky will at least scratch that itch for a taller woman when she’s added to the game.

Been following this game for a while. It’s been great to see how fleshed out everything has become now over time… 
One thing I’m missing though that would be nice is on the stats screen for the numbers to roll back as you scroll back through the image stages as well. It’s hard to pick up on some of the changes to the stats from stage to stage and with so many woman in the roster, it’s hard to try and keep an eye on one and know when they’re going to bump.

Attempting to give some qualitative feedback this time, hope I’m not too harsh.
Maya: Love Maya’s glowup, the gloves were a good touch.
I think she should have less gradual change between weight stages if she’s gonna have like 5 events per stage. I like her events, just a thought.
Will the bartender get a name?
Also if you’re planning on having all those other velvet shadows characters be characters that gain then that’s a lot of characters.
Bonnie: Hope to see Bonnie try the third tier of chocolates that fanaticized rebecca.
I think her first outfit was a lot better, but I get that the texture was getting too stretched.
Also I think having her story branch on whether you want her to keep gaining or not might be a wasted opportunity especially because it’s right after the event where. I could be wrong, but I think most players who made it that far will want to keep going. Also did her belly shrink in stage 12?
Bonnie is still best girl, hope to see more of her and Rebecca.
Lisa: Lisa stuff is good

Amber: Amber I think still needs a little more to stand out. I’m not sure if it’s design-wise, personality-wise, or both.
Marie: Glad to have new Marie events, she’s my favorite out of the bunny bites characters.
Lyn/Leanne: I’m torn on Lyn/Leanne. I prefer Lyn, but I think she looks too similar to Katrine, maybe she should have kept the dyed hair which made her more distinct. Is every main girl gonna branch into two story paths?
Also is there any particular reason why you can’t double her order?
Hari: I think it would be good if there be more scenes where a character outgrows their outfit before transitioning to another. Really like Hari, I think the character designer/modeler has improved with each new character. This is why I previously lamented that the gain trials characters wouldn’t be added, but that game’s getting updated now.
Katrine/Trista: Love everything with Katrine and Trista except I’ve still not managed to carry katrine once, how much strength do I need? I can’t keep up, she’s fatting too fast!
Luna: Not a huge fan of Luna, it kinda feels like she’s trying to be written as noble when clearly she’s just doing this to live out her fantasy and conveniently it can also help people.
I like Britta’s design, but it seems completely at odds with her personality.
Sally’s events are fun.
The Britta Natalie Bunny Bites event’s dialogue almost seems placeholder?
Charlene would probably benefit from a glowup.
I don’t really have any thoughts on Myleena or Natalie other than the latter’s relationship feeling a little forced. I guess by choosing Luna you’re choosing to date 7 people?
Daisy: Daisy doesn’t act like a human. I get that she’s supposed to give information to the player, but I think she’d benefit from more events humanizing her like stage 15’s.
Cayenne: Just overall not a fan. I can’t think of something constructive.
General thoughts: Have you considered sound effects for burps, clothes ripping, etc?
It would be cool to see more characters meeting characters outside their storylines although I get why you rarely do it, but could you possibly layer them into the picture? (I don’t know if renpy can do that) Alternatively you could just have them never be in the same shot like when Trista met Bonnie and Marie meets everyone.
What’s the librarian’s name? I promise I won’t tell anyone.
I don’t expect you to read all of this, I just tried to cover all the characters.

Generally speaking, my rankings came down to two main factors: (1) Does the character gain weight in their belly (even if other areas grow more or less than the belly), and (2) does the player have an active role in feeding the character.
There are a few outliers from that criteria, but that’s more or less how I personally rank these characters. There’s so much content in this game, even if some of it isn’t my cup of tea there’s a ton that is, and I’m always eagerly looking forward to the next update.

Well, it’s finally my turn to add to the tierlist pile.
I genuinely think Fattening Career is one of the best games on this site. And as such, most of the characters are heavy hitters (pun intended) both physically and personality-wise. That being said there are certainly some I like more than others.
S tier is fore my favorite characters. They are nearly perfect already. Their bodies and appearance are immaculate, their personalities and stories are enjoyable, and if this suddenly ended with a “choose 1 girl” I’d almost certainly pick one of them. I’ll also admit my biases, namely that pear shapes go higher on the list
A tier characters are just shy of S. All of them I like quite a lot, but I either think they need fleshed out a little more (again pun intended) or there’s minor quirks with their character that make me like them less. In this case, Daisy’s culty vibes and Lyn feeling kind of… boring? hold them back. Lisa and Natalie meanwhile both need more story (and perhaps more weight).
B tier is where most of the cast sits, as any good bell curve would have it. In general, these characters are newer/need more time to shine/grow. The exceptions to this are Leanne and Luna, who I simply take some issue with, namely character consistency for Luna, and feeling kind of parasocial and guilty when choosing Leanne.
C tier is C tier. Cayenne is just not that interesting to talk to, and I find the cult goddess stuff the least interesting aspect of the game currently. Roxie and Sally I can barely remember the names of. They’re cute but just aren’t very developed characters currently, something ALL the hospital-related cast suffers from.
Finally in D tier, also known as Charlene tier. She’s insufferable. It’s like you heard the criticism that “not everyone should fall in love with the protagonist” and decided that meant put an unpleasant and rude caricature of what a woman who has experienced trauma acts like. Also frankly, she’s just not that attractive looking outside of her figure.
And that’s the list
take what I say with a grain of salt as it is my opinion, and there are certainly biases as mentioned. But my earnest hope is that seeing certain characters rank so highly or even poorly across tier lists might result in more content of favorites, and potentially change to those that are less popular.

I generally prefer weight gain more than some other stuff, character personality not being too abrasive or annoying helps, but also it kinda just is a bit random

I really enjoyed the game so far. I was wxpecting more with Maria where she pips a button on her shorts but that must be coming in future content right? She only seems to really have the one event that I can trigger thats different then her normal soda chugging.
Is there anywhere you can view the images for the characters (I really like Bonnie’s thighhighs with the straps). Are they a defualt outfit on a program you can download or were they done custom?
