And that is sad.

I mean, nobody’s going to force you to play with the female knights.
So long as you have the choice between male and female, it’s fine.

Stats show straight guys are the majority by a long shot when it comes to consuming porn, and apparently lesbian women take up a huge chunk, too.
It only makes sense to add more lewd stuff with girls.

(I also have a crackpot theory that the male/lesbian majority is the reason there’s so much futa stuff out there, too; it allows vanilla sex between two women, basically.)

Still working on the Devlog, but I can jump in and confirm the player will have two “body options“ for their knight! The differences are pretty subtle (after all, we’re seeing this through armor haha), but I wanted players to have an option based on their preferences.

There may also be some other secret unlockable knight options in the future…

Going the extra mile yet again, Roops! I just keep getting more and more excited for this game, can’t wait to see what the Devlog lets us in on.

Secret knight customisation, sounds like it might show off our growing knights some more.

Nice to see the knights getting some love, alongside the queens!

Thinking about the queens, I am curious about the three linear progression paths and their development: are all three being worked on simultaneously, or are the three stories developed separately in an almost episodic fashion.

Having three linear stories is also interesting from a narrative perspective as it could suggest that the three plotlines are being run concurrently- the Pig palace being beset by interlopers from the Cat, Bird and Mice kingdoms at the same time!

Ahhhh, a GREAT question! For the most part, the stories will unfold simultaneously, though the main queens are mostly focused on their own plots with only occasional references to the other kingdoms.

The biggest form of overlap/addressing the concurrency will come from the Pig Queen’s story, which will be unlocked after completing any of the main stories, as the Pig Knight’s task in the castle is a little different from the others… But that’s a tale for Devlog #3!

but will you publish the game after you develop it well, then complete it or will you release small updates?

Right now I’m working on what I’m essentially treating as the “official” release, with the devlogs sharing the gradual progress towards the final product–one BIG update with all the changes incorporated.

Beyond that, if people enjoy the game, I think it would be fun to release smaller updates to add additional Knights and Queens! (Which would take a lot less work once the foundation of the main game is thoroughly established)

New dev log looks great! Definitely looksl like the gameplay has come a long way since the game jam build, all those mechanics and changes will definitely make the game side of it a lot more fun. On the fetish side, I don’t doubt that an expanding knight of your choice is going to make a lot of people happy, myself included.

Also that’s a major tease to offer the first look at the pig queen in the next devlog, keeping us on the edge of our seats!

I’m loving the puzzle elements! Gives me Warioland vibes of using transformative powers to scour the level for hidden treasures. Conversely the Wario series is one of my favourites so I’m stoked for the gameplay more than before. Blending platforming with puzzling sounds awesome!

I just finished reading the new devlog you posted, a doubt arises, but the weight gain of the rat knight is the same as that of the other knights? Because in the current version the rat knight doesn’t break the floor when he got fat

Well, some levels in the demo have crates only one knight can access with their unique ability. Maybe in the final version there are also some crates one knight can’t get, as a consequence of what would normally be an asset? Makes sense to me but without knowing about specific mechanical changes affecting the other knights we couldn’t say yet what equivalent there would be, because their flying and climbing alone don’t seem to present any downside.

this is a great game, and i absolutely love how good the developer is, both at creating a cool story, having some beautiful, nicely drawn characters, and some good puzzle platformer elements in the game, which result in some satisfying weight gain.

as i was wondering some time ago, will there be a ‘‘free mode’’ with infinite lives, or a cheat mode so that we can feed the girls to their full size?

and as i saw the latest devlog update today, i’ve gotta say, i like many of the new things that the creator has in story for this (already) good game.

i particularly like the weight gain/loss mechanics for the players-knight in the game, along with the addition of the ‘‘pig queen’’ in the cast, which will be a great thing to see in this very enjoyable game!

(plus, if all 3 queens steal food from the pig queens castle, we should be able to see how the pig queen enjoys her own food reserves, right?)

anyway, great news, and im sure that the game will be even cooler soon.

Probably you will have to gain more weight than the others and still be able to jump without workout in some points I guess.

This is great. I think the addition of choosing to opt out of healing fully/staying lighter would be nice though
