Hello there! I’m cooking some game where you play as a feedee girl, who stuffs herself on camera, earning money from content. Basically a simple lifesim focused around gaining weight.
I’m planning to make this game fairly short, maybe 30-60mins on playthrough.
Game loop will be centered on eating, expanding belly capacity, ordering food, taking photo/recording videos (maybe virtual commissions), and selling content to followers.
Planned Features
3D with good enough graphics: sadly this is rare. I’m not a professional modeller or an animator, but will do my best
IK body control: control her hands with your mouse. I imagine it can be cool for layer of interactivity, but hard to tell without tests
Smooth weight gain with blend shapes and clothes without clipping
Are you talking about environment around character? if so, I’m aiming at small scope, so apartment will be only scene. but maybe I’ll add other locations later. her figure will change continuously, expanding belly while eating, and growing fatter later (while sleeping or even realtime)
I imagine semi-dynamic system, where you can place camera anywhere, stand/sit/lie somewhere, place food around, and then drag food near her mouth, resulting her grabbing food with her hands and placing in mouth. Potentially I will add base pose editor, so players will be able to create personal scenes
well, I think about bigger than king-sized bed, but without realistic details like tons of rolls, cellulite, stretch marks e.t.c, so visuals will look more or less like stylized cartoon
very arcade in my opinion. walk, eat, sleep, record yourself, check earnings. that’s all. if it will feel too boring, or I will have time, I’ll add some minigames, for example you will play on PC/TV, so it will count as gaming streams

for fatter stages I want to add waddle animation, yes.
sweating and burping totally yes, with option to disable them.
touching floor - I hope I will be able to make it good, but not sure how good my physics system will be. for this game I don’t want to make very advanced systems, so can’t tell for sure
double/doughy belly - in theory yes, should be easy to add, but more likely in later versions
hairstyles, clothing - yes, but not much
food variety - surely I will add more than one, but how many exactly is hard to tell for now
furniture - not likely, because I want a good visuals, and now using baked light, for environment. like a physics system, I can’t promise I will research more advanced solutions for this project
thought bubbles - cool idea. will add to potential features
Same case as changeable furniture. It’s easy to do, but it will probably worsen the looks. I’m currently modeling assets for room. Will do tests then I’m done. In theory some objects will look fine without baked lights, so they could be dynamic (movable, breakable)
but even if most stuff will be breakable, I’m not exactly sure how you will be able to play without core objects like PC, bed, table, e.t.c. Probably will be a mess, heh
maybe buy them reinforced, on early stages of the game made them fragile like made of wood or something like that, then when you break them, the player can purchase reinforced items
When using recording in-game, will game switch to a second person perspective?
That’s basically when the camera is not omniscient third nor intimate first person, but more like you rely on another’s perspective to tell where your character is. Few games utilize it due to the difficulty of this:

I don’t want you to think you have to do so if you find some reason not to, it was simply the first thing that came to mind since a camera is involved.
I meant the scenes when reaching some weight (like in Big Aspirations or Fill me up). But as I understood it, the figure will change before our eyes, without any cutscenes, that is ok.
Since you take requests (right?), here is a couple:
Optional farting. I dont actually give a hope to it, I know that most of people dont like it.
Ripping clothes. Also not giving a hope to it, its probably very hard
maybe add body preferences like balanced weight distribution, hourglass, pear, apple and more?
please make it so that the weight distrubition occurs to the face, arms aswell (pretty much the whole body). i dont really like when the belly is only getting fatter. feels a bit unrealistic
add wobble animations. like when you get fatter your belly and boobs starts to bounce around
