Man I just can’t seem to get Nene to gain weight in that new version! Does anyone have a save post-moving out where Nene is fat?

How are you attempting to run it? As far as I know, it’s just you.
It’s tied to how many times you encourage Nene to eat versus actions that involve being a feeder.

Was the last version put out 4.0b? I was trying to find out where I got it from (I was a patreon follower earlier this year which is where I assume I downloaded it from)
0.4.0 came out in January on patreon. 0.3.0b is on itch which is the most recent free version. And while the itch link is here in the first post the dev hasn’t updated this page so the direct mega link here is just 0.2.0b still.
I wonder if the 4.0 will remain on Patron?..
What has always been the case is that the dev puts the previous version out for free when a new patreon version comes out. However, the dev has never had the best track record for consistency. So, it may not be something to bank on.
No one could even tell you if the dev is working on the project, as per usual they are radio silent until they decide to update the game. Best to assume nothing further will come of the project and be happily surprised if/when something does, in my opinion.

Yeah this most recent update seemed like the last we’ll get for a while, or ever. I know they had a lot of IRL stuff going on, that coupled with the newest update putting in what could be considered an ending of sorts, I think this project is getting put into the folder of “great games to revisit at times but don’t expect much more from it”.

I don’t know theirs a lot of stuff they left that needs to be expanded upon, and don’t get me started on Akane’s last steps! Oh yeah I can’t wait for that shit!

True, there’s a lot of stuff that could be built upon. I was just thinking that the whole moving in together then hitting a weight where the shrine spirit asks if you’d do anything different was a “soft” ending so to speak. I’d love for there to be more, I just feel like that could have been considered an end. Hopefully I’m wrong!

Even before that ending there is a lot of ground left uncovered, the DND milk girl, more stuff with the friend (rei was it?), the couple, and Chika stuff. Just feels like their is a lot of ground still to work on.
There’s definitely stuff to work on, the general consensus is that it may not happen because It’s unclear if the dev is still working on it.

can someone please explain how to keep Chika skinny? I can’t for the life of me figure out how, and created a dang account just to ask.
I might be wrong, but I don’t think it’s possible.
I know I tried but no matter what I did she gains alongside Akane, you have no control over it.
That would have been my favourite path to take to be honest, a path where only Akane get’s fat, everyone else intent on feeding her more and more, but I didn’t make the game and therefore I have no control over the creative direction.

Morganism is correct, no path for it currently in game.
you can get one scene with skinny Chika, by making sure you meet K the kitsune lady and saying sure to allowing magic stuff in the game, then near the end of the game in the new house there’s an event where Akane and K are in a hot tub in the basement and K offers to show you potential alternative paths that weren’t taken. Skinny Chika is one of those paths, choosing that option triggers a new scene to play.

Unfortunately, with the current state of the whole thing, the paths get wiggy towards the end there. Also unfortunately without the input of the creator to the status of the whole thing, i doubt we’ll get any satisfaction in many directions we may go for.
Shame, honestly. Conceptually it’s pretty decent. But i dunno what’s happened to Bobo, aside from life and/or burnout.
I’m hoping that towards the end of the year we may hear something from this, and many others as free time opens up sporadically for some around this time.
