There is five nights with fatties which is based off the core loop of the FNAF games.

Is that all? I feel like the pizza, the furries, & the somewhat simple creation of fnaf fan games would make this a much more popular genre
There’s a new Security Breach hyper-pregnancy-based visual novel out
Also contains a bit of stuffing as well as toggleable gas and (gory) bursting content

There’s also this old one which is (most likely) abandoned, but has the FNaF mechanics and some simple game-over animations where the animatronics swell and pop (cleanly, in this case)
Other than that, can’t think of any
Weirdly untapped genre, all things considered
