Very high probability that the game in the linked tweet is lost to time - it was published during the last few weeks of Niconico’s Game Atsumaru actually accepting uploads, and the site shut down permanently just a few months later. Archivists attempted to scrape as many games as they could in the final hours, but the lead behind the project vanished, and the only existing collection on Archive.org is estimated to be half-complete with no guarantee that the included games were properly downloaded and playable; because it’s a single 220GB archive with no file list, I couldn’t even tell you if the game in question made it that far without wasting a whole day downloading the damn mess.
