“My Dystopian Robot Girlfiend”, while still in the 0.90.xx development stage, is set up for modding and hasn’t (to my knowledge) received one in ~this website’s oeuvre~. There’d be a pretty wide range of options that wouldn’t have to involve tweaking the existing plot, from just making the titular character chubby to incorporating morphological changes over time (there’s already a cooking game and an income/food economy, just aimed at PC stat buffs at the moment, that could be exploited).
Another thing that sounds easy but would probably be a nightmare to execute properly.

I would love to see some BBW skins for the playable girls, or even a custom class!
Here’s an idea, what about a Gluttony Demon? There’s plenty of demon & succubus custom classes so a fat demon girl shouldn’t be too farfetched right?
She could do things like bite enemies to deal damage, belch to debuff enemies, eat food in inventory to buff herself or provide “ammo” for certain moves, or even swallow a weak enemy whole for an insta-kill and get rid of their corpse!
I would play the heck out of this if someone wanted to make this a custom class!
I know It’s been a while, but if you’re still looking for one someone did make a sprite pack for the player character. It’s only for women at the moment, but it has support for the sload race mod and the dev said they’d like to work on one for men soon.
Kinda surprised there hasn’t been an attempt for Digimon Time Stranger or Dragon Quest Dark Prince doesn’t have any fat mods yet. Granted, some are already fat lol
