Theres one called “the fattening” which is like a horror parody of the ring
I was able to find a like for the download, but i havent checked if its safe so do a bit of looking before trying this link i’d say Box

I know there was The House on Hog Hill, but I forgot if anyone had a link before it went down(not to mention the Five Nights at Fatties is also an option)

Not a hard recommendation, as I haven’t tried it out, but there’s a World of Horror mod called World of Fatties that might be up your alley.
Even if it’s not a win for you, vanilla World of Horror itself is a fantastic horror game and worth checking out. Creepy, very very mildly jump-scary in a way that makes it super effective when it manifests, and tough in a borderline unfair way that feels like a Lovecraftian manifestation of an uncaring universe.
