It’s no problem. Firstly, place the fresh pork, fresh beef, egg, and honey in the Cast Iron Pot, then select the use action on the Cast Iron Pot. It should look like this, and will give you a blended meat:
Next, take the blended meat and use it on the chopping board, like this:
Doing so should give you a forcemeat. Put the forcemeat and a cane sugar in the Cast Iron Pot, use the Cast Iron Pot one last time, and you should have made a To Serve Man:
This is strange, I was doing it this way, but it wasn’t working, I think there must have been a bug. I’ll try starting a new game and see if it works. Thank you for your help.

Plenty of europeans in the game, every shop owner is one. I would probably talk to Christian though, he seems to know a few things.
In this game you do not know the calorie count, it was however implemented in the next one, and will be in this newest one too. Other than that: old school trying and failing as in the 80s and 90s.
The potions are a one time use per character, meant to be a cheaper alternative to getting the medallion that works on every character.
Ah okay, Do i need to progress further in weight with the goddess then? i don’t see a dialog option yet for the Radio and i have found the radio
yes, you need to get to a point of weight, then talk to her about an escape to trigger the dialogue.
Oh, and I misremembered. If you want to read the calorie count of an item, go to the fattener’s hut and try to weight the food items

Before playing this I saw on the featured fetishes and one got my attention “death feederism”, does this mean that there’s a character or characters that can be fed enough to kill them? Or is just a thing that can happen as a bad ending or something?
Edit: also just to be sure, is there male weight gain? I’ve seen the tags, but asking doesn’t hurt.
The answer to your first question is yes, there are characters who will die from being overfed. As for your second question, as far as I am aware, there is precisely one instance of male weight gain, confined to one bad ending.
