I’m looking for a text adventure game where you play as a girl (I can’t remember if it was optional), and basically you need to find your way to immobility based on favors (I think), at some point you reach immobility but to reach this point you need enough favors to get fattening treatments, life support, and a caretaker (I think it was an uncle?).

Not sure if this is necessary, but as a content warning this game is death feederism.

Anyway, if I recall correctly there was a point of no return and an inevitable game over where you die of a heart attack or starvation.

The only game I can think of that has a favor system and an uncle caretaker is Gaining Perspective, but I’m fairly sure that was male MC. I dunno, I haven’t actually played it.

Yeah, it’s Gaining Perspective, and there was an update where you can play either male or female in it.
