Anything is progress, and it’ll give us an idea of what we’re in for(at least in small part).

modding in versions past 1.15 is far more stream lined from what i’ve heard.
As far as I know the latest version of fabric on the latest version of minecraft would probably be the best for modding with.

One issue though. A very small percent of the community use fabric. And most(myself included), denounce how it basically split the modding community(also sounds like it has it’s own problems).
One thing I have discovered which would greatly help with causing a player’s model to take up more block space is pehkui, a rather simple mod that allows for size altering. Though the oldest version it works for is 1.16.5 for forge.
