Gaghiel Group is on the rise. A conglomerate founded in Gula by the Lady of Flies herself. Their tendrils have made their way into myriad industries, most notably food. Quite recently they’ve gone topside, breaking into markets on the surface. One such satellite branch has put in fantastic quarterly numbers and been chosen by the head office for rapid development and expansion.
That’s where you come in.
In Professional Development you play a small team of consultants and administrators brought in by the Head Office of Gaghiel Group to get this satellite office and its staff into shape. The shape in question? Round. Excessive consumption is a core company value, after all!
- Navigate office politics, oversee upgrades, and push food with a simple economy of abstract resources.
- Pursue quests and storylines that shape the path taken by the office and its staff.
- Explore the lore and implications of a world of monster women with monstrous appetites.
- Resolve actions through dice mechanics based heavily on Blades in the Dark.
- Play through a bespoke set of stats:
- Bloody: Enforcing your will and appealing to a monster’s worst instincts.
- Spicy: Fostering competition and taking the direct approach.
- Zesty: Scheming, sneaking, and pranking.
- Green: Taking the calm, peaceful, and diplomatic approach.
- Bitter: Matters medical and scientific.
- Umami: Craving, enchantment, and gluttony itself.
- Sweet: Charm and rapport among the staff.
The game favours stuffing over weight gain, with the latter running as more of a slow burn throughout. Vore becomes available as an option partway through, but is not mandatory content. NOTE: This game is run by a trans woman, and several NPCs will be trans femme. If that is an issue for you then DO NOT APPLY.
I seek 3-5 players for a game played twice a week, through text, from 6PM-8PM EDT on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with an eye toward chipping away at things throughout the week. It’s an odd schedule, I’ll admit, but that’s what I can fit into my life at the moment. Prospective players are encourage to apply with 2-3 characters, so that I can pull together a balanced team. Everything will take place through a purpose-built Discord server.
This game is inspired quite strongly by the game “Super Fatty Office Administrator Simulator” as seen here. If you’re familiar with it, you know roughly the tone and content to expect. If not, go check it out! There’s a free demo and everything.
FAIRLY ANTICIPATED QUESTIONS
“Will this game contain male NPCs/allow male player characters?” Nope! More power to those who are into men, but I’m too much of a lesbian for that. Male-identifying players are welcome though.
“Can I play a human?” Nope! This is a game about monster women in a world of monster women. There are sufficiently humanoid character options if you don’t wish to get adventurous with it.
“So, is this a dating sim?” Nope! While building up rapport with staff members and getting to know their stories better is a key part of the game, it is not a dating game. Keeping it professional in the office.
“This system sounds familiar!” Likely so! This is the fourth-generation version of a system I have been shopping around and iterating upon for some time. If you have played a prior version, let me know in your application.
“Can I see the full rules?” Not at this time! This game is a playtest, after which I should have a feature-complete ruleset to put out there.
“Can you make a custom character option for me?” Maybe! I’m open to suggestions on fleshing out character creation options, but there are no guarantees
