I tried continuing Midna, but I just can’t figure out the proportions needed to the continue the heavy bottom shape! It’s actually pissing me off that I can’t figure it out, but them’s the break when you don’t have years of experience as an artist. I’m afraid I’m going to have to drop it, sorry guys. Anyone is free to continue it if they so wish to.
To the people waiting for the Loona set to continue (I see there are a lot of you) I do not know when I’ll have a plethora of free time with holidays fast approaching, so I cannot give a set date.
To wrap up this mental breakdown with a nice fluffy bow, I’ll leave this set of characters for anyone to use. I actually like how they came out. What cruel gift these hands have to make small characters and not large ones. But it is what it is.

taking a small break from sfrpg commissions (these take a while to make, and I managed to snag a couple digital art comms in the meantime), but I’ll let you know when I’m back!

Would you say where you look for getting reference to make the midna stage 2 and 3 since it would be nice for getting started on the later if someone wants to do it themselves

In terms of pixel art I referenceed Squirrelplant on deviant and mysterydad and davielwfries on Twitter for the bottom heavy and blob sizes.
