Postscript How to get the image ETVs_hungry_gals_scene?

After the evening stuffing of the gals, there’s a sparkling tile on the floor in the same room. If you go there, you should get it.

Wait! I missed something?!

Hey, anyone that has some free time, I have a challenge.

A friend I introduced this to apparently somehow went like half the game without ever acquiring Emmie’s initial Heal skill from the first bat fight (Heal+ fortunately could still be gotten), and I cannot for the life of me reproduce it, and they don’t remember what they did to cause it.

I tried ignoring the prompts from ETV during the fight, but you unlock it anyway after a few turns. I tried interacting with the log and walking in and out of the building and the area to see if the flag for moving it was something other than the battle, but no dice. I tried combing the border of the map to see if the log could be bypassed somehow, but nope. Seems comprehensively error-proofed.

The only thing I can think of at this point is perhaps they got godlike luck and got several crits in a row to kill the bats before ETV’s prompt showed up? Either that or I’m overlooking something. Any ideas, anyone?

Edit: Got a screenshot showing Heal+ but no Heal

On an old version of the game they went into the shed and triggered the bat fight again. That clears all skills and most not have added it back in. I thought I fixed that bug a long time ago, but they might have done it before?

They started playing yesterday after I directed them to clinko’s twitter, where the current build is pinned right at the top. Can’t imagine they somehow found themselves at an ancient version from there

I just got through most of the recent update and holy mother of god

The scene with Esse and the assassin may be one of the hottest goddamn things I have ever seen. I think my eyes rolled back into my head. The music, the writing, the art, all just absolutely immaculate. Vore’s not even the primary fetish of this game and this game and the beautiful bastards behind it give me god’s anointed scene.

Also unrelated to the horniness but damn the last letter in the wine cellar actually made me sniffle a bit. I find it endlessly impressive the character and story work you’ve done for the game. It honestly kind of snapped me out of the spell the aforementioned scene put me under like a splash of cold water.

Big fan of the update in general but HOLY MOLY that in particular stood out. Big ups to the new sound the mobsters make as well, I did a bit of a double take when the boss hit me with it.

Hey! I think I am facing a bug, I’ve seen the mob got a new mission, and I completed their previous quest, but when I go to speak to the boss, he still tells me to get those scumbags. Is my save bugged? Do I need to talk to someone else?

Also, on the same topic, I can’t find the man that has a quest for Pro outside the castle, there is nobody except the guards and an old lady outside the castle.

You may need to do more Nordenhaven related quests!

ETV ate all of the mushrooms.
And I post it on pixiv,I’m trying to introduce some people from Japan to play this game.

So I didn’t go to the bakery during the lockdown, so I didn’t get the special cupcake or discount, then after the lockdown the bakery was fine… so I won’t ever get the discount or special cupcake? will that matter? am I missing out on anything? I don’t want to replay hours for no reason if I don’t have to…

edit: is there a walkthrough? I didn’t realize things were this easily missable before…

oh also, uh where’s the secret candy mentioned in the princesses memory crystal room? There are so many dungeons and cracks in this game, I can’t really go back and check them all… then again… are these memories even things you CAN go back for? maybe not? edit2: Okay so I checked and YOU CAN go back, but I have no idea where the dank dungeon is, the game has so many dungeons!

edit3: the witch told me, there was a secret key captain dick had in the city whose name starts with S, my bad!

I’m pretty sure I have 4or5 bad girl points but I can’t access the belch contest, BUT I was only at 2 points when the option first presented, so that means I’m permanently locked out of it because I told the blue haired girl that it wasn’t be proper once already?

Also I’m new, and I just realized gluttony and purity points existed, I thought scenes had gluttony or purity paths I didn’t realize though that they tracked as points all game long! whoopsie!

Are there any rewards for going half/half or more precisely any rewards for extra purity points? Might have to do a new fresh run in another future update as a pure glutton, since from reading the thread it sounds like purity points just end up gating you out of content, in exchange for some slightly more sane choices being made along the way, heh.

edit: btw I did have an issue with almost constant freezing in the game, as in once every 1-2hours the game would freeze graphically, buttons would still work (audio indicated it) but since the graphics didn’t update a single frame I’d quickly get “stuck” and close the program. I will say though I was holding down spacebar a lot in these cases (when retrying something, or just speeding up scripted walking animations), sort of doubt this is a bug in this game, might be a bug in rpgmaker itself, I find rpgmaker runs sort of poorly overall. Anyone know a fix? Also, this isn’t wouldn’t be as bad, if saving were always possible, but sometimes you go 15-20minutes without a save option being available and crashing during those moments always felt the worst. (Freezes felt more dependent on how long I’d played since the last time I closed the software moreso than that they ever once were repeatable or reproducible, maybe my ram is faulty if no one else reports this? or is this a known rpgmaker flaw?)

tl;dr great game, is there any chance crashes could be caused by not having a runtime package or whatever weirdo fringe thingie?

I’ve been having that freezing/lag issue with RPGMaker MV games (including my own project), so it’s definitely an issue with the engine.

I believe its a mix of running it with less than 8GB of RAM (this is why MZ has double the requirements than MV, they admitted that they really undersold how CPU hungry MV was) and maaaayyybbbbeeee the team using an older Corescript of MV for the game. Memory leaks were a problem with earlier versions of MV and I am unsure if Nerds ever updated the corescript. It’s definitely not a fault of not having a RTP.

Try to be careful with speeding up text boxes too, its easy to desync events and softlock yourself if you aren’t.

EDIT: I’m willing to believe it is the 8GB issue, as I can play these games for hours without end and have no chance of a softlock cause I have a 8GB machine.

I’ve got 32gb of ram :-/ but I CANNOT RESIST speeding up textboxes of text I’ve already seen before… or of speeding up walking animation and then ACCIDENTALLY skipping one textbox after it :frowning:

That’s prolly why I’m freezing though.

edit: silly question but does it matter if I try to skip through text by mashing z, spacebar, or a on my xbox controller? my brain is telling me it has to matter, and only one or two of those options cause my freezes, but my brain won’t tell me which (so it’s probably untrue and irrelevent).

Sorry it took so long to reply, I forgot my password. Yes, I can use guard, but one of four things usually happens: I get immensely unlucky and the mushrooms focus down Clara out of sheer randomness, Pro/Clara decides to punch themselves in the face from confusion, a mushroom decides to use double attack and one shots someone, or, in the best case scenario, I use confusion and repeated accusations to to get two to kill each other while they do minimal damage outside of double attack, have one party member die before the I kill the last mushroom, and then… game over.
