Quest actually just directly inserts provided HTML for its images, so you can use 3rd-party urls for that. That is to say, one could host the images on imgur or something, and don’t need to directly include them in the game.

Just wanted to update: it looks like the game is inaccessible? Sorry for necroposting.
The problem only seems to exist in the browser version. Download quest and the game and you should be able to play it on your desktop.
