When I download, I just get this file that i can’t extract or run
What kind of archive software do you use? You can extract it with 7zip and winRar, though you may need to manually select either program as “Open with”.

I believe RPG Maker MV games are inherently compatible with mobile devices, but I can’t personally confirm that.

If it’s Decadandian berries, they’re in the Old Greenhouse. You’ll need to get a key from Dr. Galia or whatever her name was.
As for the sugar, you have to open up a manhole in the west side of the city (should be the bit near to the Thieves’ Guild) to get a code, then head to that big crack blocked by a non-aggressive mimic in the mines. I forgot where the apples come from. 
i do but it does relate to ghost, and i know where the berry the problem is the gate
