Sorry if this is repetitive, but I’m a bit of a latecomer and, though I did try to search for the information, there’s a lot to go through. I saw that there was a problem getting alice to size 6 after rejecting becca and I seem to be experiencing that. Is there a way of resolving this?
Hm. Nevermind I think. It looks like I just needed to be more patient…

I’ve only just discovered this game and I must say that it is amazing, the game I always wished existed. I’ve read this forum and I know not to ask about when a new update will release, but I was wondering how often the previous updates took to come out? Like the time from 0.6 to 0.7?

Welcome to weight gaming @JRM000.
Updates came out at different intervals, the later ones took longer because of the size of the game increasing and certain elements like the revamp to early game and adding of new characters and events that happen in 0.6. This is not going to be relevant for any future releases as tiggertoo is working at a more relaxed schedule than when they were doing releases on patreon.
Also, tiggertoo is not releasing anymore public versions currently outside of the final version of the game when the project is complete.

@ConcernedJuice the first post of the thread is literally the very topmost item. To download the game, you have to scroll right past the notes on what to do if this bug crops up 
I’m sure some of the other people who have reported this bug have mentioned they’re using Joiplay. I’m sure that’s not the actual cause of the bug, but maybe it’s more common when you’re using an emulator? Perhaps I should put out an android version now, although unlike others, if I do, I certainly won’t charge extra for it…
@PRO_MASTER360 I have absolutely no plans to add any voices to the game. I’d have to hire several actors/actresses and with the amount of text that’s in there, it’d cost a fortune. Especially as I’m trying to rewrite some of the text for certain scenes to add more variation.
@JRM000 There’s no schedule for the game anymore. It’ll be ready when it’s ready. I used to work well over 100 hours a month on this and still got complaints I was going too slowly And, as ever, @Krodmandoon is completely correct. It’s very unlikely I’ll put out any more public versions until the game is finished. You can blame the pirates for that.
It’d be pointless making the next version (0.8) public anyway. It’s actually a lot shorter than the current game and I’d get endless complaints about that if I released it.

That is interesting that 0.8 is shorter. Did you remove some of the more recent stuff because you didn’t like the direction it was going or what ended up making it shorter?

Ok so like since you’ve brought it up SEVERAL times the past few months…I feel I have to share the fact that I literally only discovered this project because of said pirates that you constantly bring up. And due to said pirates exposing me to the game, I created a Kofi and donated to you.
So like yeah dude, sure…keep complaining about the chan I guess…but it literally has brought you money that you wouldn’t have gotten otherwise. You can argue all you want, fact is…I donated cuz that’s where I discovered you. And no, after you left your Kofi subs out to dry, I haven’t subbed to your patreon. Which I find fucking incredible that you’re whining about piracy when you had 0 issues changing to patreon and just shrugging your shoulders at people who’d had a reoccurring donation on Kofi to you…which tells me you couldn’t even be bother to put those people into a Word Doc so you’d remember. Spare us the sob story.
Edit: And if you’re so vehement about this nonsense, I’m prepared to screencap records, assuming I can dig them up and you won’t share them, to prove I donated to you.
Like if you’re seriously at .8 of a finished project…put out the final pricetag already and just let those of us who want to buy it, actually buy it. Hopefully for your sake you price at at $20 or less. But yes, despite my extermely harsh criticisms here, I’d pay $20 for .8 when it’s finished and the actual 1.0 release. But if you’re not willing to do that…stop this teasing of .X version internal release nonsense.

You can’t blame Tigger for the Kofi going down. The Kofi was shut down by Kofi themselves without any warning to save who was donating. I donated several times, but I understand the issues that occurred.

I’m not blaming him for the Kofi going down. I’m blaming him for the fact he kept 0 internal records of people who had subbed to him on Kofi.
And also blaming him for the fact he’s raging at a fucking chan over exposing a WG sim game…which again, regardless of what he can say, my Kofi subs literally happened because I saw it on the chan.
So it’s like alright dude…you wanna bitch at BBWchan…then gimme my money back since they were the reason I heard of your FEEDER VIDEO GAME!
And we both know that’s not going to happen. What’s going to happen is my account is going to be banned for being mean to a “developer” because I “asked for release” and I was very mean about it. And tbh because T2 is savvy, he’s going to portray me as some type of vanguard pirate…when he fucking knows damn well he could insert some random piece of code into ANY random image of .8 and if it leaks, he could load it up…check it and look for X or Y watermark he hid in the code or even in a random rez and determine immediately who leaked the project.
Piracy against small content creators is completely unacceptable, end of story.

Nobody is advocating for piracy. I literally just offered the guy who ragequit a project $20 for his game lol. And not even the sourcecode. It was just “alright, you say you’re continuing the project…I’ll give you $20 for a copy of whatever you produce until you abandon it.”
That’s more than what a lot of fully produced games on Steam get. FFS, for $10 more I could get a copy of Dwarf Fortress from Tarn with a full GUI and Tile Support. I think it’s fair to compare that to a niche, already once abandoned, Renpy WG fetish visual novel.
Edit: and also you’re arguing against an account and comment that’s going to be insta-deleted the moment a mod on this sub is online and sees the 1st report. Rule 1 is not asking for a release. I not only did that but I called out T2 for milking his idea for money and clout. Because it doesn’t matter I gave him money in the past and can prove it…it’s that I’m bringing the “vibe” down by daring to point out fucking reality and that BBWChan whether ANY of us like it or not, it a nexus for WG content and that include WG oriented visual novels.
And yet you admit in one of your other posts that you found the game on a piracy forum. Okay…

@jcc309 I think I may have worded it badly. I haven’t removed anything at all - far from it - but the next version only covers around half (up to the breakup scene) of the current game.
One of the reasons it’s taken me so long to get it ready is that I’ve restructured large amounts of the code to make it easier to work with. That’s involved a lot of recoding, which needs testing, so I thought it would make sense to test half the game so far and see if it works before adding in the rest of the content from 0.7

Ah gotcha! That’s smart. As a developer myself, I definitely get how annoying restructuring code can be. Especially when you have such a large game with different areas to test. Good luck!

There seems to be one major thing you’re forgetting about the kofi or patreon that is currently going on. It always was and still is a tip jar. Support because you want to help out the creator not a promise of paying so much and you get the next update, it was never framed as such. Asking for your money back that you voluntarily donated with no false pretense because the dev answered a question and said the word pirate. There’s just no words.
Bbwchan is a part of the fat/weight gain community sure, also a place that open promotes, accepts, and allows piracy in all forms from all over that community while it’s users openly bitch and mock the creators they want content from. All done while the majority hide behind anonymity.
The conspiratorial rumor and baseless “facts” that the users perpetuate about being censored here or anything else is just wrong. Some of the mods here openly have and do engage with the community there but like every content creator or dev that posts openly there they are met with the good ol Chan charm.
I get that it seems like someone is openly censoring “bbwchan users” but the difference is bbwchan basically doesn’t care what is said or done on it and coming to a place with rules and being limited to not be able to scream the n word and being super toxic to other users means the site rules and mods are working as intended.

I am convinced that Krodmandoon is a community manager by profession.
Your responses are always incredibly well thought out and professional.
Whenever i feel like i want to respond in some way to something, i read something that Krodmandoon wrote and it is at least 2 times as good as what i wanted to say.

Yea that makes complete sense. Hopefully the debugging won’t cause too many headaches. I’m a CS student so I may start messing around with renpy to see if I could create something.
