Alicia opens a credit tab that you can pay off later.
I think that is the case. I’m really looking forward to the next update, where the PC can move in with Sofia or Steve! Joe’s stairs are getting more of a challenge for her!!!.. I think I’m as addicted to this game as the PC is to her food!
I may have encountered a bug, though I’m not too sure. Don’t know if this counts as a spoiler or not, so just blurring it to be safe.
The PC has broken 600 lbs, and Steve had a conversation with her, saying that this is probably big enough. Some of his dialogue then went a little harsh after this. The jogging text in particular, as he went from spoiling the PC after his run to commenting how “you’re not going to burn off much lard just sitting on your fat ass.” This seems a bit out of character, given he’s come out as an FA in this timeline. I could understand some worry given just how fat the PC is getting, but this feels like it belongs to another, anti-fat timeline.
This one isn’t a bug, just a worry. I owe Alicia a lot of money, and I fear I may have screwed myself out of the high-end sunbathing events. I am sad.
Great game - I love it!
Couple of observations - Alicia is a bit of an optomist about her pants sizing. I have our heroine at around 550 lbs and Alicia says she has 54" waist and 84" hips and needs 4X/5X extra curvy fit. Really? 5X only goes up to about 65" hip (and around 54" waist) so hardly big enough! She’d need 8X to fit her hips and then the waist would be far too big. Could Alicia institute an in-house alteration service at some point ?
Yes, I know its only a game! Great fun too!
The other point I was going to make is again about pants sizing. We know MC has a large tummy and a large butt. As her waist size is not all that big we must assume that much of her large tummy is lower rather than upper, so quite a lot would be hanging over her thighs. (Some of us find that rather sexy and attractive!). This is mentioned in the bar when she undoes her pants and it flows over her thighs and she lets it hang between… Measuring for pants size would obviously have to include lower tummy bulge, but if one were to measure her hips under the tummy (that is behind it) they might well be nearer 70" or so. So Alicia’s tummy/hip ratio would be nearer 0.8 rather than 0.64. I rather doubt irl if a low tummy bulge increases the health aspect! Most pants have zips rather than buttons, so she could probably fasten the waist band button and then have problems trying to cram the lower tummy back under the zip? OK, I know I’m over thinking all this!!!
Found a bug. PC is just over 700 lb.
I'm sorry, but an uncaught exception occurred.

Hope that helps. I just hit Ignore and it seemed to carry on OK, but it did it again a little later.
Just leaving a post to say I’ve really enjoyed the game so far! I feel like the daily routine could be streamlined, and recurring gossip dialogue could be tweaked some (probably an array or something you use to store previously discussed topics? That way they all are exhausted before it loops), but otherwise, very fun stuff. I did notice when you’re allowed to eat out for the week and go to the fountain to make a wish, a debug message will sometimes appear regardless of whether you have them enabled or not, but that’s about it for bugs so far (on my end anyway). Best of luck with your other projects (and this one, if you ever end up tweaking it again)!
What am I missing with getting Steve to become a FA? I’ve broken up with him, talked with Alice at the bar multiple times, then met Steve at the river getting food - but every time, we either get back to together in a normal fashion (i.e. he’ll get upset if the player gains more weight), or he thinks the PC is too fat already.
You need to talk to Alice at her store. I forgot if this was only when you were leaving or when you take her muffins. She will keep asking you if you have feelings for Steve. After 3 or more confirmations, Steve will apologize when he finds you at the river when you do something there.
I found that he was buying PC donuts up to 580 lbs, then said he didn’t think she needed any more. At 608 lbs he’s started buying them again. Yes, he does say that about not burning off much lard, but he is still buying her the donuts. I guess this is what is meant to happen.
Weird. Though, he stopped buying me doughnuts. What a douche.
This is a very big game - no pun intended! There are multiple routes for the characters depending on all sorts of things. On my current run through I have the PC being totally happy with her weight and not at all interested in dieting. I wonder if you selected her not being sure about her weight or contemplating the possibilty of dieting? I think that would probably influence Steve’s reactions. She is currently here at 630 lbs and Steve has invited her round for a movie at his place and bought her a Chinese set meal for six, which she will eat most of during the evening. I guess that means he is happy with her weight! On my last run through Alicia made the PC choose between dating either Steve or Sofia, but not both. This time she has so far not made that request and PC id happily dating both of them still. Good luck!
I know this is unlikely but I’d love a route where you don’t gain weight but still are a glutton. I’d like it to be like if the main character became a competitive eater similar to people like Gal Sone who can eat massive amounts of food. Of course this would effect how steve and the others react to her. Maybe they get jealous of how much the main character can eat without gaining and possibly could cause others to gain trying to imitate the PC.
I note that this bug (above) happens at higher weights (over 600 I think) and when you choose to walk along the river bank. Then the bug above hits you. Click ‘Ignore’ and then you get a message about not walking too far because you are carrying the weight of x extra people. x can be almost anything - it just told me you are carrying the weight of 629 extra people!
Well, I got her up to 880 lbs! Wow, I didn’t expect that to happen! Looking forward to the next update!
So a bit of a challenge to keep her at JUST under 880 to keep her eating as much as possible without triggering the 880 scene! Good fun!
So I got far enough into the game that alice made me choose between steve and sofia, then I tried to find a way to use the debug options to bring back all the sofia content, but I failed, sofia won’t see me at work nor will she invite me to work the diner nor stay late after the diner, I set her cancall back to true and cranked her some romance and maxbfp but no dice. On second thought though maybe I should’ve just stopped saying yes to buying alice a beer and then that event would’ve never fired?
That works until you have to get replacement clothes. Strangely, I discovered after being forced to choose one of you pick Steve you can just romance Sofia again as if nothing happened.
You’re wrong, if alice makes you pick between sofia and steve it will end the other relationship, although you can still restart some romance options many will be hard locked out.
There are earlier events that fire where you merely consider choosing between sofia and steve though that you might be referring to.
Ah, I see. Maybe I didn’t follow it long enough. I was just kind of shocked that it happened. I think she kissed me after I told her she was hot, or the end of dinner flirt. It’s been a while since it happened so my memory is hazy.
