Are they both dogs? What species are they?
Didn’t I say I didn’t like cats? Can I still draw the cat person as a dog person instead?
mascots are not made for any one person, otherwise everybody on the site would demand one that looks different (dude, where’s my tardigrade mascot? >:3 )
a character being a cat is not a big deal in the grand scheme of things and you are not forced to draw them

All in all, I’m just glad to see non-human versions of them.
