Apostles (Latest Update 0.12.1: June 2026)

Ah, I’m sorry! Is this bug just as you enter the red witch’s castle, or after the whole test?

Also were you able to able to reload and try again? I’m unsure what caused this for you, so I want to check if it’s a 1 time odd bug or something else.

Uh-oh, sounds like I put in the wrong face! But is this for past Apostles content? I don’t think I have a pink haired elf at white well this update? Or did you mean the ice cream lady?

…what?

Finished .12 and I have to say it is a strong contender for the top spot of Apostles updates, albeit .7(The Muffin Update) definitely remains the uncontested champion imho (Screw you for playing with my heart btw :^) ) but if people were to disagree with me on that I would see there logic since this update is one of the funniest and most poignant updates yet, which I will get into
SPOILERS FOR APOSTLES .12, IF YOU HAVEN’T PLAYED OR CARE, DON’T READ
This is just my opinion, feel free to disagree as you like

Pros:

Smorgasbord: I liked how this update felt like a sampling platter of what Apostles does best, Sebastian leading the lore heavy plot thick portions, Gretel leading the wholesome feel good vibes portions(Albeit second best in the fetish portion), and L being the ooey gooey fetishy goodness portion we all know and love. Usually in these updates it feels like one of these 3 takes the center stage, and while that is fine usually, it is nice to see the long dev cycle meant that .12 is diverse in tones and the strengths that pulled me to Apostles in the first place which speaking of

Belly Laughs: This has got to be one of the best Apostles updates just pure humor wise, alot of the meta jokes came out of nowhere which I thoroughly enjoyed, I remember getting tricked the first time when the ending was supposed to happen thinking “Nah bro, that can’t be where this ends man, come on” only for the characters to basically say the exact same thing made me laugh good, while the funniest jokes imho were in different updates (The detail about Sebastian walking in on the sex scene during .3(?), staring and walking out and the “You know you’re kind of a cunt” to Sam still have me laugh to this day) in terms of overall humor, this update is the best when It comes to jokes per minute, from Jean-Luc fucking off to play with a butterfly, to the … above the dog grave(That dog sequence still fucks me up and makes me hate Cynthia) to L having to kick down the metaphorical door to have her time to shine in the end of the update, overall this is such a great goofy update if anything else

The Apostles we have at Home: While I assume it is more Cynthia bs, seeing that Sebastian is nervous because the saviors are walking into a trap rather than learning the parody apostles were used to keep them off the scent of our apostles made me happy, also getting to learn a bit more about the others powers, even if only a knock off bargain bin version of the genuine apostles really adds color to the world, which speaking of

Resolution: Alot of the dangling threads that felt like were just up in the air without a proper reason or explanation given were answered this update in a way that made me like the explanations, I.E Violet being used as a punching bag to keep the Wrath at bay, with the sin weakening inside her meaning she can finally loose the shackles of that Apostleship for Gluttony(Which I can’t wait to see how that develops, since Violet the VIOLENT doesn’t exactly strike me as the turn the other cheek type, albeit maybe she’ll change her tune with fuller ones) and more of a shadow concern that I had about Sebastian after some of the talks he had with Heather was that he was only in the feederism stuff the Apostles get into for the science, that he didn’t have the love for the fatties that Gretel and L do(Even if for very different reasons), but learning Antoinette was 1000 lbs at one point made me sigh in relief since that means he was a man of culture, also seeing Galloway(?)(Finger Breaky lady) again and seeing what she gets up to is always a treat, she’s probably my favorite objective character since she’s Smart Good, a rare but potent trope if executed well which Waxer has proven time and time again to know what they’re doing, in this case breaking in and interrogating a man who is living the dream life and is still somehow fucking it up (FFS Don’t hurt your worshipful maids, make them feel the warmth of your sun, like charging a machine gun nest for you is there purpose in life, not gouging their eyes out for the lolz, foul on the fucking play you bastard >:( )

A feast of Lore: I also loved how much more lore we got in this one for the elven courts, which personally I did not see coming but really enjoyed since geopolitical lore in games and media is my shit (Ck3 fan that I am) so part of me wonders how the elven courts work due to the white war. was the white war a civil war? or are the courts more of a confederation/HRE type of thing?(Independent “states” operating under a single unified banner with one of them meant to represent them all) also learning that Sebastian(At least I think this was implied by one of the gravestones) was a failed revolutionary makes me like him even more, since that is another favorite trope of mine (New Elvira I believe it was called) and leads me into

To Spite the Skies: Another reason that Apostles is in ship shape this time around imho is because I love the theme of all the characters, in their own ways, wanting to break some part of their reality to make a better world from the ruins. That is some well needed soul food in a time where it feels like all media is wanting to drift towards a deterministic outlook, I very much enjoy stories that take that “If the world doesn’t work the way I want it to, break it and make a new world from the leftover pieces” mindset, from Sebastian declaring open war against the Stairs to Gretel’s continued recitation of the throw the stone in the air and it not falling down, I am all for the Apostles breaking the world and making it better in the process.

the MILF update: I can finally see what you meant when you teased that a while ago, since most of the update is about Fresha(which I am glad isn’t a completely irredeemable bitch, just a snooty upper crust type of lady) and Dana(Who I’m more glad to see is finally breaking through her alcoholism even if unsteadily so in that department), not to say that the other girls didn’t get their sauce moments too (Sam with the butt cleavage is a beautiful sight that makes me glad I have eyes) and while they weren’t all hitters(I’ll get to that in the Con section) the amount of different sauce moments, and the implication that things are gonna start going into overdrive (Considering the pigs are being fed Gretel’s food) I can’t say that I left the update without plenty of sauce (Especially since I got the good ending of L’s roleplay by making Heather do nothing and get fat in the process, rejecting the trinket as well during the side quest)

L time baybee: I was so glad that L got some more sexy roleplay time this time around, whenever L is at the steering wheel it’s guaranteed to be a sexy time at best and an Interesting time at worst, and let me say, this was a Sexy time. While the Muffin Update ending with the Apostles getting into a drinking contest after L spiked the drinks is better imho (I would always walk away happy if the updates ended with a fetish bonanza like that everytime), this was a good send off to the update in a way that made me satisfied and happy that Waxer finally broke the streak of bad ending timing(To the point where that’s even a running gag in the update)

Blink and you miss it: I really liked alot of the ways the visual effects not only were trippy to see but also gave you context/things to chew on without beating you over the head with what they mean, I.E the fact that during the Asma sequence, the text kept repeating, which I thought was RPGmaker glitching until I saw everything else start breaking too and Clair start talking, realizing this was her trying to get information without lobotomizing her target, or when Sebastian is talking to Gretel and she asked what they found, it flashes showing a red crown symbol with I believe seven points with Sebastian saying nothing, something tells me the seven sins are more important and there is a reason why, even if lost to time, Ivo and the powers that be fear the power of the Apostles.

Cons:

A shit-ass take: Cards on the table, this is barely gonna count as a con since this is completely a preference thing and it was very easily skippable, but I did not like the scat and ass crushing stuff in this update, those two things are just not really my thing and I would prefer if there was some toggle or way to switch it to a different version(Like with the Maya and Jacob scene) but I can easily skip by each of them and I get from a, for lack of a better term, lore persepctive why they’re added (Dina is now a disgusting pos who requires a bedpan and Asma was being made Solipsistic by the parody Apostles) those scenes just knock me right out of it and I personally just don’t like them, the pig scene with Heather was great and that’s my upper personal limit when it comes to slob, but hopefully in future we can get toggles or options to skip those scenes, if not, will probably just skip past those scenes in future

Overall this update was well worth the wait, with everything I love about Apostles in full force and accounted for. Besides some personal gripes with certain scenes it is yet another killer update from Waxer. I give it a 9.5/10, with those scenes holding it back for me but if this is someone elses favorite update I would find it hard to argue muffin update 2 when, I eagerly await the next update, in both Project Atlas and Apostles, and hope that Waxer can keep up the momentum

Tl;Dr Really funny update that is basically everything I love about Apostles, albeit with a few scenes that are overall not to my taste, 9.5/10

Relevant to the first note, but the castle is an extreme struggle (at least for me) due to lag. Interacting takes several inputs to even get the information in there, and movement isn’t all that maneuverable. Is it something to do with the amount of moving parts on one map?

Damn, I was worried this might happen. It’s the most event heavy map I’ve ever made and might not properly work on certain machines.

I’ll look around a bit, but I’m not sure if there’s any sort of solution for this. I did use nw.js for some other update, and I highly recommend looking it up! But that said when I tried using it, I had some weird text errors. So I’ll keep looking for a more stable solution, if there is one.

Oops, I did mean the ice cream lady. I saw a blonde man and a pink woman and got my wires crossed lol. Sometimes it was her correct portrait, but sometimes it was someone with dark skin and blue hair instead.

Oh gotcha! Though it’s not actually a bug. The ice cream team is actually composed of three people, the pink haired girl, the dude in overalls, and another woman who is behind the stand near the ovens. She’s the one who is saying those lines.

It was lovely update, one of the best so far. The story progressed, Willow and Lily have shown their growth as characters, we obtained a deeper a understand of the lives some of the villagers and the ending was wholesome!

The fan-service scenes also improved compared to older updates. The fetish-heavy moment came as bridges when the story was slowing down, not sidetracking the storyline or feeling too pulverized into several independent moments. Every fan-service has a clear theme, takes appropriate time scale it up, and doesn’t take long after reaching the apex to lead the focus back to the progression of the plot.

The Heather section at the end was fun. The gameplay was straightforward and the difficult was fair, beat it on the second try while using the anti-curse charm.

The ending leaves me very excited for what the future has in store. Particularly, I would like to see:

  1. Sam back to the city: This girl has been out of Auburn Woods during most of the story, and I am curious both about how she is going to react to the numerous changes that ocurred and about how the return of this character will affect several other villagers who were waiting for her. I’d find it hilarious to see some slapstick involving her trying to go back to her physically active role as a hunter while ignoring that she now carries two wrecking balls behind her, the same applies to the possibility of her writing more of her cheesy/smutty fictional stories and attracting attention of people who nobody would imagine that would like them.
  2. Gomorrah: It is a new location, with lots of plot points be explored and, where it is known that immobile characters can have “avatars”, being able to still be active in the story while being completely immobile. I’d like to see what kind of destiny the people who lost bets were condemned to, look at the true form of people who have been there for a long time,to watch how Penny influences the world from this place and, most important of all, to see Gretel’s most gluttonous sister.
  3. Maya/Jacob & Greg/Pamela: I love feeder/feedee couple dynamics, regardless of the gender of the feeder. Until now, their feederism habits have been led almost completely by the feeders and I would be excited to see their relationship developing to the point of the feeders started acquiring their own dirty tastes due to the overwhelming positive feedback of their spouses. Maybe Jacob could get fat to a point where his belly and fupa would rub into his member whenever he moved causing him to come within his own fat rolls without anyone noticing except Maya; or maybe Pamela could notice her own power to make Greg unable to focus on anything else, monopolizing his attention and slowly getting addicted to it.
  4. Sebastian and Cynthia: I wonder what is the full dynamic of their relationship. Does he have a grander purpose that requires him to borrow her powers? Does Lady Cynthia cooperate out of boredom or is the Barbarian Princess waiting for a chance to double cross him? Is Cynthia a central piece of Sebas’s master plan? And when will she get fat herself? I feel excited to learn the answer for all these questions, specially the last one.
  5. Jean-Luc: Tthis guys makes me laugh every time he is on-screen and I am excited for any scene involving him.

Very odd. Okay, my one idea might be that one of your files got corrupted or didn’t download properly.

In your game files of the update, go to the folder marked “www” then “images” then “animation” and place the file I linked above in there, without changing the name.

That might work? Though I admit the tech side of this has never been my strong suit, sorry. If that doesnt work and anyone else has any ideas lmk!

And I can also provide a save after that section.

You won’t lose much save the rules explanation. Find the 6 books before the time runs out. With every chime of the bell, you’ll gain weight, slowing you down. At the sixth chime, you’ll lose.

Trying rn and I might be fine if I just do the other option instead of going up, I haven’t tried going right yet so I’ll see if that works if putting this file in doesn’t work

It didn’t work, it looks to be something wrong with s sudden transition from how it sounds

Darn. Alright, for now I’d suggest trying a fresh download of the entire update, or using the save I posted above. Sorry about this bug, I’ll look into it!

No worries it’s a bug I’ve seen only just recently, I’m trying both things you suggested rn

At the beginning of the update its easy to judge sebastian. while Gretel is undergoing massive character development and growth as a person while sebastian seems to regress to a more violent self, one he might have been long ago but for a moment it almost seemed as if there was a correlation between Gretel’s newfound hapiness and sebastiansviolent outbursts. to make matters worse these acts of violence are akin to a form of self sabotage and the angrier he gets, the more he seems to visit and rely on cynthia.

for me it looks like sebastian is showing some of his colors, flaws of his character that may be a bit big to simply ignore. he’s been a flawed person from the beggining, and he has virtues like any other people too but in this state a part of his character is coming out and in a way makes sebastian look just as unstable and unreliable as gretel. its an insight on who he is beyond the maks of the saviour he likes to put on. in a way gretel is more right about him than he is about her. all his persona, his composed demeanor can be explained as an aspect of his need for control and in a way the signs were already there but now that he isnt entirely in control of both gretel and the situation its clear just how emotionally inmature he is, just as gretel. to the extent of risking a deadly meltdown from someone that considers him not simply her friend but her shrink.it feels like Sebastian has had an unequal footing from gretel this entire time as a if he put her in a relationship with him that exploits power dynamics. that single outburts recontextualizes sebastian not simply as manipulative but equaly disfunctional as Gretel and L playing doctor while he shoudl have no right.

the mask of the doctor is another way his need for control expresses itself. theres a sense of irony in sebastian pushing gretel away like that while she apologizes in his behalf to dana and fresha. at this point she’s realizing she built a support system that caught her while she was entering a bad state thanks to her friend while sebastian sulks alone and isolates furthering the idea that the “doctor and patient” relationship they have is not needed anymore. neither of them are perfect and gretel as a character is a perfect questioning on redemption and if its possible and while sebastians outburst and actions this update reflected an ugly part of him that still isnt the same picture and its unfair to him.

both are very complex character and act accordingly. they explore the themes of the setting in a way that both showcases the good and the bad and the philosophy. both of them are trying to swim ashore from the middle of an ocean of blood of their own making and even if that doesnt dry that sea its still their right to change and not remain drowning in it.

his analisys is a bit shallow and its nothign the game doesnt say itself especially with that beutiful arc for both sebastian and gretel but this game just scratches the part of my brain and makes me ask things like the nature of justice: who should punish who? who deserves to be punished? is the punishment fair? can people truly atone? is this just the encatment of an endless cycle of violence? is there such a thing as karma or divine justice?

all those questions interact with my personal philosophy and its just great self reflection in a way i forget this is supposed to be an erotic game.

as for my beloved heather….im kind of dissatisfied. Im not liking the direction she’s taking this update. while sure we have the option to antagonize lily i know that that is more character dressing than canon heather. shes affable with sebastian and that can be interpreted as her usual cunning and stockholm syndrome but humoring lily is another matter entirely. giving herself a stast as a passtime was anice touch and a perfect way to showcase her intellect but the feeding bag being used even when sebastian is not present doesnt feel like her. she wouldnt let herseflf grow that complacent. the issue is how she’s been repeatdly traumatized by both sebastian and lily to the point the loss of autonomy wouldnt make her complacent. her upbringign and all that trauma she experienced wont be erased by the trauma of losing said autonomy but rather make her obsessed with control too. two wrong wont make a right. not only that but even after sebastian explained how he’s using her weight gain and lazyness to help the town it doesnt rehabilitate her because shes not the one repairing the damage. she’s just being more traumatized by the day which would worsen some of her bad habits and teaching her new ones. in essence reinforcing destructive behaviour.

normally, when people lose autonomy, they will cling to every bit of control they have but heather almost seems like a different characet or at least one that isnt reacting properly to her situation. sure she wouldnt be as aggresive as she was and the good face she puts for sebastian is still to some extent manipulation as seen in her inner monologue. but her using the feeding bag intead of her hands or alice leads me to believe she’s almost happy in the guilded cage when realistically she would probably develop new tics and anxieties, confinement like that can distort the mind especially without company. Alice being a meat automaton would almost feel like being confined in solitary and intead of being so composed she would be a nervous mess even if she has a strong character and temper. there’s the possibility of her being completely mind broken but that opens a whole new can of worms. maybe this was always the plan? domesticate her rather than rehabilitate her. and thats horribly ironic because of the relationship between elves and beastials.

its easy to be mean to sebastian and scrutinize his ass because his ass is my abuse goblin. :).

i also did enjoy the heather content but she in general makes my brain run on a treadmil and i may be a bit unfair in my assesments of the writing, which im not insulting and if i do its because i love it, <3

fresha dana and bel were adorable this update.

Played the update, really enjoyed it as always, super excited for what you will do with apostles.

The double fakeout ending was pretty fun.

I think Sebastian is by far the most compelling character to me storyline wise, especially after this update. I think anyone involved in his story retroactively gets more interesting. Like the best parts of the story usually involve sebastian one way or the other. I think he’s a well written, layered character, who you can look at through so many different lenses. I think you did a good job of keeping the fine balance of having him do shitty things and be extremely flawed but keeping him likeable and somewhat sympathetic despite it all. I thought everything done with him was brilliant this update.

Heather X Sebastian is also still the best romance to me, even if we didn’t get anything with their relationship, but I’m excited with what was teased of the next update. It feels like a romance that has a bit more grime to it. Both are shitty people that maybe deserve each other, but both could also probably “fix” each other, which I think is an interesting dynamic.

I think the fact that there is a fucked up power dynamic, the fact that both are toxic in their own ways, and the slower build up, makes the romance feel earned. It’s very taboo and fucked up but thats what makes it fun. Especially because even though they probably like each other at this point , you can tell there is still a lot more to go for them to truly become “soulmates” or whatever. I also like that Sebastian is partially attracted to heather because of her intelligence too, and entertains it whenever he can. Like it’s weird because the situation is really fucked up morally and you can argue about it a lot of ways, but I can’t help but enjoy it regardless.

Also love how well paced heather’s attitude towards being fat has been going. Like the first few “experiments” on heather, the whole thing started off so ominous and dark, but I’ve enjoyed seeing heather and Sebastians relationship develop. Almost curious if the direction of heather’s fate was supposed to be a lot darker.

I also really enjoy Dina a lot, 10/10. I don’t normally like slob much, but she’s just great. I think maybe the pixel art helps in me not thinking about it too hard. I hope she stays a bitch and we don’t have a redemption arc or whatever for her tbh. She feels so different from every other villager and she stands out so much. I don’t want her to have a bad ending or whatever, but I hope she stays a bratty slobby asshole at the very least. I don’t mind some character development from her, like having a less hateful relationship with her mom, but I hope the core of her character doesn’t change. But that might not be a popular opinion.

Like honestly move over apostles, they all should just give dina their power at this point lmao, she doesn’t even need a battery, she’s already one herself.

Violet also, I love her rough kinda gross personality, I hope even through her “redemption” she doesn”t lose her venom at the very least. She can be a better person, but I’d love if she could stay an asshole.

And that’s where my criticism comes also from. I feel like a lot of the villagers are kinda in same-y relationships? Because they are all wholesome nice people or are turning into wholesome nice people, It is starting to feel a little repetitive. Veronica X Sophia, Jacob X Maya, Pamela X (forgot her husbands name), and even Anya X Bel feel like it is going in that same direction. It’s cute for the first few times, but I have no idea what the direction for them is. I don’t find anything interesting about their relationships especially because they are all hopeless lovebirds anyways and they are into feederism one way or another.

And now that dana and freshca are also turning around, I’m starting to lose my interest on most of the villagers, especially because they are barely even tied to the interesting apostle large scale stuff or any of the mystery or world building. Like of course, the main theme of the game is redemption forgiveness and healing or coping with trauma, but I think it’s the case of it starting strong but fizzling out a bit with the villagers at least. To me those themes are most interesting when looking through the apostles, who I enjoy all very much . It’s of course only my personal opinion though, and my general preferences. I feel like for most of them their arcs are basically done or almost there.

I was excited for the spoilt pink elf wife and yellow elf storyline, but even that seems to now be going in a similar direction to all the other romances. Sam, steph, and tom still have potential to me though. Sam mostly because of her association with Sebastian, and the other two because of the where their storylines could still take us. But that is the biggest criticism.

The World building is great, I think using heather and sam as a way to do exposition is great, and I really appreciate how we don’t have all the knowledge or have everything explained immediately. Characters don’t reveal lore like they are answering questions to the audience .Some thing we don’t understand or mentioned now will be explained only when it needs to be explained

Gretel was also a big highlight in this update and has been for the past few updates as well. Lily’s role was a little smaller but I think she showed she is much more capable than we give her credit for as an apostle, which was nice.

and one thing that I continuously enjoy about this and project atlas is the atmosphere, I think music selection really helps both games have distinct identities that way.

But yeah overall great update, and thanks for all the effort put in them!

Haha, sorry for the fake out! Would you believe I was openly crackling to myself as I made it? And I’m thrilled to hear this update is held in such high regard! After so long spent waiting, I knew this was a critical one to get right, and I’m happy to hear that I seem to have done so, in the opinion of most!

You know, I didn’t even do that consciously, have Gretel head the wholesome, Sebas the drama, and Lily the fetish, but I can see it now in hindsight!

And your comments made me think, while it’s been good to have dedicated sections focusing on one Apostle at a time, I really should put all three together again for another long section! I have some dedicated Lily stuff coming up, but I also want to hit the turn-over from spring to summer next update, and I think it’ll be time for the group to spend the day together again soon!

Glad to get a few laughs in! The Jean-Luc butterfly was a last day edition I made when editing, thinking the scene was missing something, so I’m glad it got a good laugh! Though the … for the dog grave wasn’t exactly meant for comedy, it might become…a bit less funny when I show how that particular dog died.

Yeah! The parody Apostles are turning out to be a fun idea, at least for me to write. I didn’t want to dilute the nature down of the ‘real’ apostles too much, but by adding in these discount knock-off version I’m also able to show just how dangerous these powers are, and show some darker fattening scenes that I wouldn’t do with the missionaries.

And once more, I want to thank the user CGGO for suggesting and help creating the idea of Asma and the collector!

I was so glad to finally put that one in words to explain, I always meant that to be an early clue for Gretel’s real sin. Heather and Mauve both were being used for a particular sin as battery, and Violet secretly was too! Of course that wasn’t the ONLY reason Gretel was doing that…

G has been away all these updates, practicing her AURA FARMING. She must have been standing at that window for 90 minutes, dramatically smoking just waiting for Lord Kellog to come by!

But in all seriousness I’m glad you like her character! I do plan to have her take a critical role quite soon…and I don’t think there’s anyone in the world who will guess just how her character will go.

Nice, I’m not george r r martin in terms of complex fantasy politics, but I do enjoy adding them now and again!

To give more explanation, the courts work somewhat like a fiefdoms, only the ‘fiefs’ are all beastial slaves, and the “doms” are elves who rule over them. The Elven lands are small but prosperous (both in natural resources and “cheap labor”) so almost all elves live lives better than most human nobles.

Elves are not united at all, and each court is subject to their own laws and practices. The courts themselves, also have no fixed structure, some courts can have a dozen elves and has only existed for a decade, other courts have hundreds and have existed for thousands of years.

The whole concept of the courts, is more or less a way for the Elves to keep themselves entertained in their long lives of hedonistic ennui. So it’s a LOT of bullshit Sebastian no longer tracks, such as:

The Court of Diamond Horse has married into the Court of Pepper Trees and become the Court of Diamond Peppers

The Court of Unbreaking Resolve in Spring’s Glory, has had a scism and has broken into 6 smaller courts.

This elf left that court to be part of this court, but then left this court to be part of that court, because that court didn’t let that elf duel that elf from this court which meant that this elf was, ect ect.

The courts all have their own friendships, rivals, alliances, enemies and whatever with each other. Most often it is kept calm, two courts being “at war” with each other might just mean 100 years of being snobby to each other at parties.

Or if they do fight, it’s kept “civil”. The elves themselves don’t fight, they just send beastial slave soldiers at each other, and the losing court just has to pay a little money, which means nothing as everyone is rich.

That however didn’t apply to the “White War”. The War being fought over Sebastian when they thought he was the next White haired Elf. There was no civility there, whole courts and thousands of elves were killed fighting over Sebastian, some of the bloodiest conflict and death the courts had ever seen.

And when it turned out that Sebastian had no power, the courts being ‘fair and logical’ blamed him for it.

Yup! There’s been some mention of it before, but Antoitnttte and Sebastian headed “The Court of Broken Chains” which was made to help free slaves and put an end to the practice in the courts. With many freed slaves going east to form the nation of New Evelyn, where humans, elves, and beastials could live together in peace…at least they used to.

Won’t give anything away, but you’ve very much hit one of the core themes of the game. I think you’ll enjoy what comes.

I had a lot of fun with the MILF crew! Like most players, I imagine, I didn’t think much of Fresha or Dana, so it was a fair challenge but a lot of fun, to make them carry a lot of the update and give them arcs that pulled at the heartstrings!

Can thank the user Torke1734 for that one! They suggested the scene idea, and even made a mockup! And of course CJ credit for the full animation!

So happy to have gotten so many homeruns in that department!

Even I can’t CONTAIN the LILY STUFF

So very happy to hear these were noted with approval! So much of the game is text and sprite based, so it was a lot of fun to get more creative with the visuals, and keep the audience engaged with the break-up of the usual format.

The idea for the line repeat on Asma, was because that’s a pretty common “error” I make in RPGmaker, copying in the same text box twice and not noticing. Figured Clair might do the same.

As for the crown, it’s actually 8 points! I’ll leave you to consider the meaning of that!

Totally fair! And I don’t ever mind if people feel the need to skip those scenes themselves.

Thank you once more for your long and thought out review! It always is a joy to read what you and everyone else has to say! I’m happily reading all these comments both short and long, sorry for any delay on responses to the longer ones!

To clarify, I thought that gravestone was for Sebastians dog that Cynthia made turn on him and eventually fattened till it burst in front of him I did not think that scene was funny and in fact one of the most horrific scenes in any media I’ve seen(And I’ve seen the Human Centipede trilogy and love Redo of Healer, so the fact you made me squirm like that is a compliment, in fact that was a great reason for me to fucking hate Cynthia, so good job there) and thought it was a joke meant to poke the player in the ribs, reminding them of that scene. If that was not it then my b for not realizing, but considering the … I thought it was implying that this was a grave for THAT dog

wow it was good, we got tons of the backstory of Sebastian and Gretel how they meet and there relationship which was great, it was complex as Gretel and Sebastian are more like Doctor and patient with TONS OF baggage that can not be fix so easy meet that they can work on it, Also it great to see Sebastian finally have break down as he been trying to fix everything and keep it running then have Gretel try to help by showing him that she is finally getting better and is starting to move on so he to not need to worry about her losing control and dooming the town (yet) but I do wish Lily had more to do this update as she starting to show that under that SEX crazy mind is a mature women who know what going on also I need more crazy Lily story also plans Oh I have to talk about the sprite work is getting way better as some of the character have tons of details some the details are gross but still amazing and now the hard part waiting for the next update so keep it up and take you time if I get amazing work like this I can wait a few years.

damn. im way off my lore game and my paragraph writing game.
you pointed out a lot of interesting stuff. specially the crown since i didnt give it much mind and figured it was another piece of the puzzle that would become relevant later.

wish there was a discord or something. i need a group of people to express my thought on this game to fully digest everything and make more coherent analysis both for characters and lore.
