Jeqblac can use items when transformed into a goblin. Other than that I don’t know of any other options.

From around what places. There’s literally no where to go once I get to the plateau. I can only go back through the portal
You can jump off the side of the platform. I’ll be adding indicators in the hotfix to alleviate this problem.
