Fill Me Up (Formally "Untitled renpy feedee game") "January" update now available on Patreon.

The new update was really nice, for me It was hard to get used to the AI images but it pays off at the end, I hope you can keep going with the story beyond the final part we have right now.

Its true that sometimes there is some missed pictures or some faces are kinda off, but I dont really care as much.

Keep up the good work, I really look forward for the next update

I know. I’ll probably batch convert everything to webp. It is getting kind of silly

Honestly one of my favorite small additions to the game. Would love some more like it. Stuff like Chicka gets off early and wants to go get food or Rin calling for a gaming session. I just like the idea that Akane gets interrupted going to the gym and doesn’t make the commitment cause her self control slips. Another idea being Akane gets to the gym and someone is walking out after a session and they drag Akane into something right as she gets there.

While I do massively appreciate your new plans to keep the original pieces going forward; Not to mention how well you took the feedback.
I wonder how many people here would prefer playing with the old, original, 3D model images over the newer, planned AI images. I am unaware if there is a way to see how many people download a game(Maybe we’ll see “link clicks” on these forums), but I am somewhat curious to see what those counts look like when the next version is put out.

Judging by the response of the community, I assume the 3D original version will pass the AI one by a decent margin. But then again, there could be a silent majority. Anyway, my point is there may not be much purpose in making two versions if one of them ends up being overlooked.

Again, glad you took the reaction to heart, and I’m very much looking forward to your continued work

I for one liked the new AI art (except for the few nightmare material mutations). The inconsistencies don’t bother me that much. It can be improved over time.

Some of the best scenes imo!

Really liked the Erika preventing Akane from going to the gym scenes, they may have been my favorite parts of the update.

A few random scene ideas:
More fun with weigh ins. Breaking the scale, Akane not being able to read the # and someone teasing her about how big she’s getting before telling her her weight, ect. I really like how Chika has become the “helper” to Akane whenever she is in trouble, I liked that getting extended with her reading Akane’s last weigh in.

I like the idea of Akane getting competitive with another gainer to see who can gain most. With the weigh in system implemented this seems like a logical extension.

More Nene. Nene is always good, more Nene is therefore better. I feel like any direction you go with Nene is going to be a winner, but personally I’m rooting for gentle dom feeder, it seems to fit the “your sister will always take care of you” deal she has going on.

The club is great but it feels a little stagnant in later stages since it’s always the same deal with the exception of the possible Yui event. Not sure what else we could add here, but it is a location where litterally any character can turn up. maybe we can take advantage of that to have weird crossovers like Rin and Yui?

Currently I believe fat Rin is the biggest character, it would be cool to have a scene where that gets brought up. Maybe a chika/akane visit, like “wow you’re even bigger than Akane!” Maybe Akane gets jealous that someone is still bigger than her, or she sees Rin as a role model?

Hey there!

I really like the game! I really like the scenes where Erica stops Akane from going to the gym.

On the topic of AI art I think it worked very well with this game, there was the once in a while “odd” image but I don’t think it detracted from the game. IMO it was really well done, especially when compared to other AI art I’ve seen.

Keep up the good work!

Oh yeah those scenes were a nice touch, stage 2 i liked a lot and stage 4 was pretty good itself, stage 5 while made sense would like to seen Erika using the food to lure Akane to in front of the lounge main living area Mirror just to compare there figures again (Really liked that bit of those new set of scenes the most)

I’ve got to be frank: AI art is instantly recognizable and off-putting to me, and carries strong negative connotations. I might put up with it in a more text-based game where there might be AI-generated portraits or something, but I can’t enjoy a game that puts AI-generated art assets front and center. I’m happy for others who don’t have this hangup, but it’s completely disrupted this project for me.

I’ve mentioned this in the past and with the game being WIP and will eventually update these parts. I figure I’ll just say some things again since there is new content that compounds some of the issues. When Akane is on the “weight stage 3b” route and looking to lose weight most scenes have a tonal inconsistency with the fact that she is trying to diet and lose weight. So most things mentioned here are only relevant to that path. This doesn’t include any typos, spelling errors, or image issues but just some issues on inconsistencies related to tone and general errors or bugs listed below.

  • The shrine scenes still have Akane stuffing herself heavily at stage three.

  • When she goes into to get a new clubbing dress from Irona the scene plays out with her admitting she’s (Akane) intentionally gaining while she’s supposed to be dieting.

  • The Rin scenes have Akane stuffing herself and doing gluttonous choices (fat rin) with the first “Friend03” event and then “Event04” has a choice for Akane to turn down the cake with some diet appropriate dialogue. But the scene just ends (and while its a personal want) it feels bad that the scene just ends here where it would fit thematically with the weight loss route to have Akane just take the rest of the cake and stuff Rin or Chika more within that scene. Thus not having the player miss out on some form of content since the choice to agree to eating the cake greatly ruins Akane’s diet efforts.

* Akane weighing herself on her scale at home (99 kilos stage 3) during this diet doesn’t have dialogue reflective of that. She makes a comment about being bigger then the last weigh in and she by this point has been working out for a good amount of time in the route. It could be as simple as adding some dialogue related to her diet after the normal dialogue that is here.

  • Akane continues to gain weight up to 107Kg and weighs herself this doesn’t make sense when on a diet. Her dialogue is obvious gain positive as well. It looks like the exact same images are used for 99 and 107 weigh ins not sure if this is intentional.

  • When going to the clothing shop and trying on the large shirt at stage three. Irona asks if Akane has put on some weight since last time? To which Akane answers, “A little.” Some thought or out loud dialogue related to her diet efforts would fit here.

  • During the onsen scene at weight three (with Kaede fat route) where Kaede has started to gain some weight. The dialogue here from Akane is “Why is it no matter how much you eat, it all goes to your tits!” This is not really true anymore when she’s on the fat path as reflected by the images.

  • Classroom descriptions describe Akane with a ton of snacks and the teacher lechering her or glaring about it at stage three during diet.

*Irona event “clothingstorehome” “stage4gain” doesn’t reflect Akane’s diet and some dialogue when accepting her relationship offer indicates mutual gain. I likely think the plan since it’s WIP would be to just have another “path” here but incase there isn’t going to be. Adding some dialogue or Akane’s internal thoughts that indicate her plan\intention for weight loss would probably make this fit the diet tone. (Even a choice or option to push something more dominate on Irona would work here to make the scene fit tone wise. Since Irona has a few lines and the face-sitting that indicate Akane will become her “toy” here)

  • A lot of Akane’s mirror and clothing store dialogue for trying on clothes (99kg, 107kg) doesn’t match the fact that she would be losing weight here if on a diet. It’s all related to her getting bigger or unable to undo her gain.

*Random house events often have Akane eating or being gluttonous when she would be dieting at stage three.

A lot of these don’t exactly need new content added to them or extra choice options (although I wouldn’t knock the idea). Some things can be fixed with dialogue or choices that reflect Akane is dieting and this could work as another point to derail her workout efforts if the player wants. But having some events reflect this with appropriate dialogue and choices would help fit the tone. And adding new scenes that don’t reflect Akane’s diet (or still same old events not updated) hurts the tone of the choice to lose weight during stage three.

A couple errors for “weightdown1” feedee harem path.

  • During the intro event scene for “weightdown1” when Nene shows up her dialogue is marked as Rin talking.

  • The random house event for making Erika cake shows up here. ( With Chika and fat Akane)

This is where I stopped on this path so I’ll likely post some more at a later time.

Thanks for this list. It’s a really big help. You can tell the weight down route has been put where it has because it was unfeasible to put it any earlier at the time. The dialogue kind of reflects that.

A lot of what you suggested can be fixed by putting a few if statements in the dialogue so I’ll do a run over of it.

Thanks again. A lot of my time testing is rushing through the content to make sure things trigger when they should. The game is getting kind of lengthy so you can imagine it takes a long time to test everything.

Total understandable weight stage three is basically written and designed for Akane to still be gaining throughout it and most routes are like this in general. So, I get that the diet that can be chosen in stage three and leads into a different route with her weight dropping is not really what most of the content is designed for. And outside of making a separate path start there I figured it would be easiest to just have the dialogue reflect if the player has chose. To diet or not (especially since you can fail to diet). I think I noted most of the glaring issues I noticed but happy to help.

Although I did like the charm from the original 3D images. I don’t mind the AI art that much. As someone who definitely appreciates something that helps efficiency, I can understand the reason why you did it.

As for the game itself, bar a few typos and a couple of inconsistent images that have been mentioned already, I love all the new little interactions between characters.

Game Night is definitely my favourite (may or may not be cause Tsumugi is enormous….) and definitely would love to see more in that. Speaking of Game Night, having an exp bar shown could help with encounters and potentially expanding the map or making some locations do something at certain levels could allow you to have some interesting interactions between the characters.

I also love the clothing store modelling and convincing Iroha to go into the fat route was quite fun. Although it did break trying to buy new clothes. An easy fix might be just have it be a choice (Model, Buy Clothes, Talk) and then pop the relevant options there. So even if you do pass certain thresholds, you can go back and not screw yourself out of content if you miss a key point.

Finally, the shrine part is definitely fantastic and I can see a bunch of fantasy like elements being at play here. Having Akane become the fertility goddess and receive tributes, or Kaede or even both. Could even have small cameos from characters going up to “pay tribute” to them and continue their gains.

I think my one issue was the encounter issues in Game Night. I think I ran into like 10 cow girls in a row at level 1, so I couldn’t level up at all. Potentially disable cow girls from spawning until they are actually feasible to beat or just reduce the chance they spawn.

All in all. Definitely an amazing update. Well done!

I definitely can disable cowgirls until level two. I want to add some defeat scenes as well. It was a lot of fun making mini game inside the game and I think there is a lot of potential to explore there. Corruption of champions was one of my favourites a long time ago and I’d like to draw on that a bit more.

is the build with the new artstyle publicly avilable? I’m only seeing links to version 0.2.0b and upon booting its the old artstyle. Am i just stupid or has it not left patreon yet?

Defeat scenes would be amazing. Could also open a route for more shenanigans. Like an encounter that you are forced to lose that does something in game and of course to tsumugi in the real world.

I’m gonna play devil’s advocate and say that the AI renderings in this version are fine and well implemented IMO. I might be the only one on here who found them to be better than the original models in many aspects, seeing the comments I was expecting to see characters with different sized arms but I found these alterations to be almost nonexistent. Great update, really hoping we will see even more weight content beyond the current ending (as far as I’m aware no game on this forum has effectively dealt with immobility, so this could be the first ). I think a lot of art fans don’t like AI because it feels like “cheating” but those same people would probably not be willing to board an airplane if the engineers refused the use of calculators and computer modulation.

New art style is only on patreon. It’s update 3.0 it’s the update that would of been scheduled to come out in January prior to delays and such and it just released.

As one of this game’s long-time nerds, I may as well weigh in my 2 cents.

  • I really liked the scenes of Iroha, the Shrine maiden stuff, and the scenes where Erika discourages going to the gym. Those are all great new additions.

  • Seeing girls at diff locations is awesome, I loved seeing 1 of the volleyball gals at the club. I feel like instead of new locations, this should be a priority - let me see Erika at the onsen or chika at the shrine or bump into lisa and saya more at school or partying or something.

  • The game’s previous hard lock endpoint is still the endpoint, which I was a bit disappointed to see. I worry the game will expand too fast horizontally, 2 billion features added to each day in the current paths, and we’ll never see the extension of those paths forward. What actually CAN or SHOULD happen after Nene’s “choice” is made?

  • This version had a LOT of bugs in my experience, the buggiest version ever. The rpg disaster was mentioned above, but it definetly was the only time ive been truly tilted at this game lol. The photoshoot fat girlfriend scene played, even after I lost weight, directly after the “since you lost weight, you’re the photographer” scene and idk why. A lot of red error text in the top corner this time.

  • Finally, the elephant in the room, other than Akane… the art. I’ve been pretty vocal on my stance, I think AI art is ethically dubious at best, but I also on an aesthetics standpoint hate seeing the effects of it. One, its so jarring to see the slight shifts in hair color, style, skin tone, face, expression, eyes, etc. I think its at its worst when chugging milk at the onsen. This also makes the scenes without AI, like the club dancing, incredibly jarring and unlinked. Also, I miss the charm of the original models. They’re not as polished as the total anime aesthetic of the AI stuff, but they have a humanity and softness to them. I don’t think the AI face or belly ever get the roundness of Akane right. And characters get fat way too fast visually, someone is “lookin chubby” with big flabby rolls because the AI struggles with subtle changes.

All in all, I have mixed feelings on the update. The new content was good, but I still long for more. I feel like development is a bit lost or confused right now - I liked the shrine stuff and the rpg is a cool idea, but tsumugi’s whole height thing is barely explained, college and volleyball still feel bare bones, and the game just abruptly changes tone then ends when Nene appears. I was very much looking forward to this update. Some things are awesome. Some are currently flawed. Some… I’m mixed on.

Regardless, I want to see this game improve and grow. Best of luck to you, you know I’ll always have my eye on this project.
