The real problem is not the developer, the real problem is the people pirating.
I agree that it doesn’t give info, but more than anything else it would be better to ask, how are you? no how is the development of the game going.

I fail to understand what Pirating has got to do with a developer keeping people in the dark? I don’t mean to be rude in saying this but i use patreon to pay for a product. I obviously hope the developer is okay but im still going to ask whats going on when im paying for a product/service?

I’m one of those that thinks that even telling the bad news is better than not telling anything at all. Keeping people updated about what’s happening in general level also keeps rumors, speculation and false information in minimum and especially it is important when there is money involved. I hope everything is okay, but I would definitely appreciate some form of “I’m still alive” news.

Update all! Fill Me Up is alive!
Courtesy of the patreon an hour ago, dont wanna repeat the whole thing but, bobos alive, the project is in development still, and the next update is coming soon and will be given to anyone who WAS a patron in June or July, even if they aren’t now.
edit: I’m not expressing any opinions here and was just giving a message lol. I’m not sure if there will be any updates this month or how things are going.

@bobothesecondtwo uses blender to make the models. (The original look up to 0.2.0b)
In the 0.3.0 update ai inpainting was used with the blender model renders as a base to give it the current look seen in the 0.3.0b update.

Honestly it baffles me that people are still financially supporting the guy.
tbh, it baffles me why people stil support anyone who doesn’t have significant release on monthly basis. even though its separated into smaller payments, paying $60+tax or more in a year for 2 or 3 releases of unfinished game just because its fetish content? and there is even no incentive for the author to actually finish the game (or in this case even communicate at all except for saying “I am bad communicator” when people start getting angry and talking about stopping the support, than going silent again). If you were to buy the game finished with one time payment you would pay $10-$20 at most shows that Patreon is only good for those being supported.
not to say this game is not nice and fun

It is pretty crazy he is pulling $1.6k a month on Patreon to say “sorry I communicate poorly” every 1-2 months and then nothingness. I feel like when a dev is making that much money, that excuse doesn’t have much merit and the community deserves a little bit better.
Idk, I don’t want to come off as entitled but when you compare the development process of this dev/game to one of the best content creators we have, Bladerune9 of Fattening Career, the difference is absolutely absurd. BR9 with the constant status updates, dev blogs, community polls, and consistent quality updates vs this game having months upon months of silence and the only update this year being a completely out of left field, unprompted, art style swap to AI images. The difference is jarring.
Not gonna lie, this is starting to give me vibes of Voca Labs/Thicker Treat scam only this time they are smart enough to drop a “status update” every few months to keep the free money gravy train rolling. As someone who really likes this game and used to financially support it, I am getting bad vibes that nothing more is going to come of this. I would love to be proven wrong and given a reason to support again. Maybe I am just overly cynical, idk. Just my 2 cents.
I get how annoying it is that he barely updates us, and he says things like “nearly done” but then doesn’t release for a month. Still, the game really is so good so I’m still willing to give him the benefit of the doubt for a bit longer.
I think the easiest would be to create a discord where bobo can just come by put an image or two and go.
It could be faster for him to give us news and meanwhile able us to speak about it.
That’s the issue, one post in 2 months, and it’s a weak apology. Could he have uploaded a few few screen shots. Yeh. Could he have gone in detail what’s new. Sure. Instead he says a number of new renders, says he’s poor at communicating which is a terrible reason for 1 post in June and then 1 I’m August. He’s aware where the moneys coming from.
And saying he doesn’t wanna release a sub par update, last update was ai renders which made the character look different each scene so saying no sub par release isn’t convincing. Prove it with a screenshot
