Gaining weight as punishement mechanic?

I know theres quite a few games where gaining weight is used as a punishement, but do you have a list of games like that? Im talking something like fataclysm

One I know off the top of my head is FattFatt. It doesn’t really have much gameplay though and is very short. The mechanic part is also just the health bar.

I know there’s a Sonic 2 ROM Hack called Sonic 2 XL that punishes you for collecting rings, right down to I would assume Sonic losing a life from a heart attack once he gets too fat.
