This is not my first game, but it is my first adult game, and I made it because I realized that a horny game developer should not need to wait for someone else to create a game that caters to their fetishes (while omitting the ones that they don’t have). I made it for myself, but it ended up being sexy enough that I decided to publish it.
The gameplay itself is pretty simple, and I am trusting the player to be inherently motivated to try to make her belly as big as possible. The mechanics, however, are designed to be more complex than just “spam eat until belly meter is full, look for capacity upgrades, get to max size, start gooning”. Key features include:
- stomach capacity AND intestine capacity
- stomach and intestine capacity increased up to 3x by stretching the stomach
- belly changes shape as contents flow from stomach to intestines (afaik i’m the first person to do this and I hope it becomes the new standard)
- 40-day pregnancy, growth occurs automatically at 4:00 and is heavily reduced if daily calorie requirements for a healthy pregnancy are not met
- birth (no special cutscene, just basic animations)
- impregnation minigame with controls designed to be mechanically similar to something you already know how to do IRL (skip by pressing enter)
- multiples up to 3, not luck-based, awarded based on how well you did in the minigame
- temporarily exceed capacity limit after fasting
- exceed capacity limit even further with up to 5 stacks of munchies
- belly touching, with jiggling, tummy sounds, moans, and hiccups
- random fetal movements
- hidden achievements that unlock upgrades
- belly stuffing streams that earn money based on how much food you eat. features interactive feeding and horny (often silly) stream comments that scroll across the screen
- medications that can be bought with money and provide benefits like increased hunger, instant digestion, restoring missed growth, and something extra
- vore (prey are gingerbread men)
- local saves for PC and android
- worryingly detailed descriptive text

Things I will not add:
- significant weight gain
- belly size bigger than herself
- anything that could be interpreted as social interaction (i am socially inept)
you want weight gain? unfortunately, major weight gain is not really supported by koikatsu and i’m not personally into characters that are fatter than Bready from Nikke. I don’t feel too bad for you though, because you guys already get PLENTY of WG content and it is rare to have feeder/stuffing games that don’t feature weight gain. please, begrudge me this.
big ups to fierylion for establishing the prototype for this genre (A Bellyful Life), even if he doesn’t know me and isn’t interested in developing this type of game anymore. part of why I made this game is because I wanted to finish what he started.
