You have seen my idea and replied to my idaa before here and the originating 2d version, and im still looking for someone of a shader expert to implement my idea. To be honest it got shelved due to wanting to rework how i calculate all the players body part sizes before writing the shader myself, and there for i have been working on other parts of my code base, but i would switch gears if i knew someone wanted to help me make that idea an reality. Was thinking it would run as a compute shader, generating to a texture.
