As far as the colors, that screenshot is the first chunk of the file’s width, with the ID numbers. You can search the files for the item description you want, and look for the appropriate code fragments. RPG Maker’s actual code is hard to read because of it being kind of spaced poorly, but it’s entirely possible to do, without any color assistance.
May I ask for hints of the Lost Item Quest?
I found 2 levers out of 3 but the last one, I saw the secret room, but I couldn’t flip the lever bcuz I am blocked by the river.

spend over 1000 at the dragon shop in the chocolate caves level 2, then every 1000 after should net you a scale, but keep in mind that she needs 100 in profit first before she gives out scales, so don’t sell anything to her or you have to make us what she spent to make a profit from
From my play through you only need 3 scales to get 3 pills to use in one fight, the fight with the fat corp boss to unlock ultimate pills. That’s all you’ll need as each ulti pill cost 200 each and with the custom bikini’s you will curb stomp every fight afterwards [granted you need to be max level for perfect shape to use the bikini’s]
For the lost items quest, where are these levers? Cause i cant find them
They are hidden by walls on the right, in each room, except the last one there is a secret room hidden between 2 stones that come out of the ground

secret parts 3 and 4 are connected on the side of 4, by a path from four to 3 that is at the bottom right of 4.

scales are traded to the npc on the third floor of fat corp for pills, the hidden rooms for the lost items quest are in the second level of the chocolate caves and the fourth level, look to the right side of those levels for two rocks next to the wall with a space between them, the switches need to your characters to have belly level 10, so you shouldn’t be able to get them until your level 9
