I was thinking about this recently, but I don’t really know much about the early community. I’m looking for games that were intentionally designed as fat fetish games, so games that just have fat characters aren’t enough, even if their weight is a major element of the game. If it’s a significant chunk of the game but not the main focus, that’s still fine, so long as it’s specifically catered towards the fetish (e.g. an erotic dating sim where a lot of the available options are at least chubby).

Virtual Feeder is probably the earliest that’s still available, from 2001. It’s also modifiable, with a mod linked in the original thread and another in this thread. Being from 2001 though, the resolution is tiny. Full screen does work and is better but everything will be aligned to the top left of your screen and doesn’t scale up to fit modern screens.

Dunno if it counts, seeing as nobody else ever played it, but a LOOOONG time ago, in a galaxy far, far away, I wrote a weight gain game on my Amiga 500. Cant’ remember exactly when but it was pre 1990. I did try and add some graphics in Amiga paint, but 512k ain’t a lot of memory, so it was text only.
