I highly recommend this rpgmaker game by WaxeRed. The weight gain is gradual and rather realistic in progression. Excellent world building and story telling to boot. Apostles

One you may want to try is The Weighting Game. It’s a slow burn weight gain story, but it is just fast enough and interesting enough to keep you in it for the new sizes.

I’ve been enjoying Project Bob (Ravenous’ Uncle), which does a good job on the realism.

My own game, Yaffaif, also includes realistic gain, but has (avoidable) fantasy elements that can move things along.
