If you haven’t checked it out, Forks (alternate link) is a fantastic visual novel game that may just be what you are looking for. Another big update for the game may be coming in the near future.

greetings folks iam looking for a good weight gain rpg games cuz most of them i play it
I recommend checking Feeder Fantasy out. It’s mostly a quest-type RPG. You play as a female elf who fattens girls in the town. If my memory serves me correcly, it doesn’t have a turn-based combat system (if you’re looking for it). But it’s a really fun game and it’s one of my favorite RPGmaker games!
