I’ve tried a couple of games on here, and I find them pretty hit or miss. Not looking to knock any specific ones, but it is kind of hard to filter what is good without spoiling them and getting through them.
What are the fullest ones here so far? I was impressed with the scale of DIET. What other ones are that huge? I’d really love a choice filled visual novel that doesn’t dead end before getting actually good.
In terms of visual novels, there are plenty of choices out there. Just filter by tags and then look at what has gotten the most attention.
One game that is both very fleshed out and highly unique in its gameplay is Eat the Dungeon, and I personally find it to be one of the most complete projects on the entire forum. Give it a try if you haven’t already.
The Tower of Gluttony is a game that comes to mind for being pretty fleshed out. I enjoyed running through the game several times w/ different builds. So even though its not extremely long, its pretty replayable. The art is AI generated but its not awful so it doesn’t bother me too much. Even good in places.

I recommend Apocalypse XL by Zenthicks 
The story is pretty damn good and most props are interactable. Also, humour.
That mostly depends, visual novels aren’t my thing but if i can say one is Fattening Career by Bladerune9. If it was for rpgs, then Some bullshit is definetly one of the best. Axugaem2 Is also really good and has a lot of great content. Another game that has a good story is Greed’s End.
