Search results for ‘tags:stuffing, -tags:weight-gain’ - Weight Gaming
Could use the search function to filter out the weight-gain tag for games that feature the stuffing tag like the link above.
Some games I can think off of the top of my head.

Quimbly does host an annual game jam for belly content without WG - the one Milky Way Mooch was in has a lot of content you may be interested in - Belly Jam 2024.
